John was an excellent and knowledgeable guide and we had a wonderful experience in Penang!! He was very helpful with my parents who have limited mobility and very accommodating for any special requests that we had. We had Carol Lee as our tour guide and she was amazing. We were able to customize our tour and go to places that interested us. Carol is very knowledgeable about all the heritage and city sites. She was also very interactive and taught us how to order and eat the local snacks & fruits. It was a wonderful adventure, definitely recommend this tour and request Carol if you can.
