  Seeing penguins, riding horses on the sand dunes to the Pacific Ocean and then galloping on the beach!! We then had an amazing lunch of vegetables rice steak and sausage cooked on a grill before us under some tall eucalyptus trees

  I cannot say enough great things about this adventure. Penguins, horseback riding, a tour of a ranch, and lunch with vino - absolute perfection. Terry and the Terraventura team took care of every detail. The trip is more like 8-10 hours, and it is full of adventure and activity. For the boat ride to Penguin island, it is not a large craft, so plan accordingly. It is so cool seeing the Humboldt penguins and their habitat.   I will try to summarize the tremendous experience that Terry in addition to being excellent person was an excellent host. I begin by saying that the experience is as it describes the activity, with the added value of the explanation Terry gave us in addition to the entertaining and entertaining talk, the experience of the penguins sighting was spectacular in addition to the beautiful and picturesque landscape of Zapallar, later the horseback riding that even if you do not have any experience, the warmth of Terry and the owners of the stables make you forget the worry of not knowing how to ride, the walk on the beach, the medanos and desert parts of the landscape, riding horses are unforgettable. To top off the roast with Chiloé vegetables and excellent Cavernet Franc wine, they capped the experience in a masterful way.   The tour was a great experience. Seeing penguins in the wild was probably one of the most spectacular things I have seen. Out tour guide, Terry, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the region. I would highly recommend the experience.

  We had an outstanding experience with Terry. He picked up from our hotel. The car ride was great and very comfortable. The trip was tailored to our interests. We had a great tour of multiple sites. The highlight was the horseback riding. We had an excellent guide named Millary. She was outstanding. The whole experience was great and I highly recommend Terry and Millary.

  Terry was great and it was clearly important to him that we had a great day! The waves were too high to travel by boat so he took us to all the locations by land and I think we ended up with an even better experience because of this. The horse back riding was beautiful too! The dunes were really cool and we got to ride down by the ocean. Afterwards he grilled us up a meal that was amazing. We had such a good day with Terry that we asked him to take us somewhere else the next day.

  We highly recommend this tour. Terry, our guide, made this a day we will never forget. We laughed, some of us cried, there was fun, food and booze. Beautiful scenery at very isolated locations - we did not see another tourist the entire time. Highly recommend, you will not regret it.
