I went there on a trip with friends to see for myself that this place keeps a good history and relics. We drove from the hotel by car for several hours.Arriving at the place the first thing withdrew from the tour to buy a small statuette associated with Petra. Then she joined the tour and listened for a couple of hours to the true history of the place .Especially liked the view from the outside and inside and the beauty of the halls that has survived to this day.I recommend all travelers who love historical architecture to visit first of all Petra, because the impressions and emotions will be unforgettable and very long as I have.

My wife and I gave ourselves the best tour. I liked especially the Red Rock and other sights such as - Byzantine Church, Es-Sik Gorge, also the valley. General advice to all - you won't regret it.

It all started when we booked a hotel in Tel Aviv. After we left for the tour, we spent a long time crossing the Jordanian border. But it went well and we crossed the border and headed to the hotel! On the second day we joined the tour organized from the hotel to Petra. A lot of people left with us, and within hours we were already there. Very beautiful place, large area of buildings and sculptures. Also the tour guide occasionally told very interesting stories. Very happy with the trip, it was incredible !!!

It's perfectly organized. And a rich enough tour program. I didn't even think Peter was so handsome. Next time I'll definitely take the kids with me.

On the second day of my vacation I decided to join the tour organized from the hotel to Petra.Left a large number of people and drove a few hours to the place where they wanted to arrive.Arriving at the place, immediately moved inside with backpacks.Inside interesting siting of the values of culture, was very bright and very nice, was surprised by a large area of buildings and sculptures. The story was led by a long eskursovod and it seemed that we will not move on ever. But no,still slowly began to go farther and farther through the corridors and find out unusual facts from the guide.Ended the tour in the evening, the day went to the end and know I am happy that I had 1 day to go everywhere, because I heard that to make it impossible, but I drove like the people who were on the tour.

We booked our tour with Ben Harim through our hotel in Tel Aviv. We did our own flight to Eilat. We were picked up late at our hotel because there were too many of us from different tours all lumped together through Fun Time. It also took a long time to go through the Jordanian border because only one biometric machine was working. :-( Good thing our tour guide was very professional in taking care of all of us. The drive to Petra was made fun and not boring by our tour guide. He inserted jokes in between telling us a brief history of Petra. I like our tour guide, he was funny and professional. Hard to manage so many people! I especially enjoyed the tent camp and the bedouin people. They are very friendly and hospitable. The 4x4 ride to the desert, the sand dunes and the trip to the rock formation were wonderful. I highly recommend you take this tour if you have an adventurous nature.
