We had an amazing day thanks to the smooth organisation of Aqaba Moments Travel. Bilal our driver was friendly and informative. They organised an outstanding tour guide in Hussain who had so much knowledge about Petra and the history of the Middle East. We were told we would need around three hours but we were there over 5 as there was so much to discover. Absolutely recommend visiting Petra in this way, having a private driver and tour made the trip an unforgettable experience and gave us the flexibility to let the day unfold at our pace.

I was very impressed with Abdulla’s flexibility and kindness in understanding my situation and allowing me to book last minute; everything was in time, safe and friendly whilst being very professional too I’m a vegan and I wasn’t disappointed by the buffet lunch, Khalil the driver also was very nice and he gave me some insights on history and local culture Petra is well worth a day visit, I recommend to reach the site as early as possible in the morning because form noon onwards it starts to be very crowded Thanks again guys, highly recommended

Great experience! Abdullah made special efforts to tailor the trip, and even though some hiccups occurred at the start, he made sure all is going smoothly afterwards! from the start to finish when he came out to say goodbye and arranged the lovely drivers throughout! Definitely will be coming back again some time :)

I was really looking forward to the Petra trip! We were put on a bus with only Russians so the guide spoke Russian all the way to Petra. I don’t understand Russian so I probably missed out on a lot of interesting information. When we arrived at Petra we got an English speaking guide and he was okay. He was supposed to be with us the whole time but he left us to make our way back on our own. To be honest that wasn’t really a problem just a bit odd. We had been told by the guide in the bus to be back at 2.30 but our English speaking guide told us to be back at 2.00. A bit confusing! We arrived back at the bus at 2.00 to be on the safe side. No one was there but the bus driver. He told us the bus should leave at 2.30. By 2.50 the first people from the group turned up and didn’t seem to care that they were 20 minutes late. The guide from the bus had to go and look for the rest of the crowd. The bus finally left at 3.00. Nobody apologised for being late I might add. We then went to a restaurant for lunch. I had told the company that I am a vegetarian and they had told med that there would be plenty of food for me. Apart from salad and falafel there was nothing for me. I’m okay with salad but it would have been nice with a little bit more. Especially since I had informed them in advance that I am a vegetarian. After lunch we drove back to Aqaba and the guide gave us som of the information in English this time. We paid quite a lot for this trip and when it turned out like this I can’t say it was worth it at all! Such a disappointment!
