5.00People involved: Shadi (Owner); Driver: Waleed Alsabbah; Guide: Mohammed Farhan This was my second time booking a tour with Falcon Travel & Tourism, and once again, it exceeded expectations. I worked directly with Shadi, the owner, sharing the cities we wanted to visit in Jordan, our timeline, and preferred hotels. We were a group of 10 adults, including two in their 20s. We spoke several times before finalizing the itinerary, and everything was well organized from the start. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the airport by one of Shadi’s representatives, who helped us smoothly through customs, handled our visas, assisted with baggage, and escorted us outside. Waleed, our driver, met us in the parking area with a spacious and comfortable vehicle that easily accommodated all 10 of us. Since we were staying at an Airbnb and hadn’t had time to shop for food, we mentioned we were hungry. Waleed took us to a shopping center with a bakery, fruit shop, and sandwich spot, patiently waiting while all of us got what we needed. The next morning, we met Waleed and our guide, Mohammed, to begin the tour. It’s hard to fully capture everything that happened over the seven days, but a few moments truly stood out. At Jerash, the card machine wasn’t working and we didn’t have cash in dinars. Mohammed coordinated with Waleed, who covered our entry fees without hesitation. This continued throughout the day until we were able to withdraw cash and repay him. Originally, Mohammed was only scheduled to guide us for three days in Amman. However, he chose to stay with us for the entire journey—including Wadi Rum, Ma’in Hot Springs, Petra, Aqaba, and the Dead Sea—continuing to share his knowledge and enhance our experience every step of the way. On our way to Aqaba, we mentioned wanting to snorkel. Waleed recommended a boat trip for $31 per person, which included lunch and snorkeling. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. The boat was large and well-equipped, we were fitted with fins and masks, and a guide even swam with us to show the best snorkeling spots. Afterward, we enjoyed a freshly prepared meal of chicken and beef kebabs with salads. It was an incredible experience. One of the most memorable moments came when we realized—on the way to the Dead Sea—that we had left our passports and money locked in a safe back in Aqaba, three hours away. Understandably, we were extremely stressed, especially since we were flying to Cairo the next day. Waleed immediately reassured us not to worry. Between Waleed, Shadi, Mohammed, and the Mövenpick staff in Aqaba, they coordinated everything. Waleed even arranged and paid for a taxi to retrieve our belongings and deliver them back to Amman in time. Overall, it’s difficult to fully express just how exceptional the Falcon Travel team is. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication turned this trip into an unforgettable experience for all of us.

5.00We had a great experience. From the moment we landed we were well taken care of. Our driver Ashraf was amazing. He drove us around for our entire trip and made us feel very welcome and helped us with organizing dinners and making sure all of our hotels and trips were up to standard. He helped us get tour guides for the different sites and even told us a few historical things about the sites that we did not have a guide for. Overall we enjoyed our trip and highly recommend Ashraf and this group for future travels.
Jordan Falcon and Shadi are the best - thoughtful, kind, honest and trustworthy! Highly recommend!

5.00I was in Jordan working with a Canadian group sponsored by our federal government to help with the development of local governments. Shadi was chosen as a very capable and trustworthy driver for our group, and drove us safely and efficiently to various locations throughout Jordan. My colleagues and I also hired him personally to take us to Wadi Rum, Petra, the Dead Sea and Jerash. Shadi is the very best driver I can imagine having. He knows Jordan very well and has contacts everywhere, it seems. He knows all the popular sites for visitors, as well as those less known, and has lots of tips about how to have the best visit possible. He is also lots of fun and interesting to talk to, and is very thoughtful, kind and honest. I cannot recommend Shadi and Jordan Falcon more highly!

5.00On a trip we have visited five countries, Jamal was the one who gave my partner and me one of the best experiences of all. He is an excellent driver and an exceptional guide, always attentive to every detail. Each tour offered us water, wifi in the car and something to eat, which made everything even more comfortable. Best of all, he completely respected our times, gave us the space we needed and never rushed us. During the tour to Petra, he took us to a place for breakfast at an incredible price and, in addition, lent us a modem with wifi for the whole excursion. On the Dead Sea tour, he took us to shops with much more convenient prices and to a hotel where we ate very well and then we could enjoy the pools and the Dead Sea. The transfer to and from the airport was impeccable. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to meet a part of Jordan with Jamal, as at all times he made us feel safe and at home.

We went to Petra and Wadi Rum, and then down to Aqaba over the course of 2 days-1 night. Shadi is also extremely funny and I enjoyed spending time with him as much as I enjoyed seeing the sites. I would definitely recommend Jordan Falcon Travel & Tourism to anyone interested in having an authentic, memorable, and beautiful experience in Jordan.
