  Really disappointed with this trip. The boat was over crowded and we were on it for 3 hours before we could walk on any sand. The Q at Maya Beach was ridiculous and you can’t go in the water or sit on the beach there which I wasn’t aware of! The actual tour guide Chloe was great though very informative whilst on the trip. We actually got a ferry back from Phi Phi and didn’t complete the trip

  I booked a Phi Phi Islands one-day speedboat tour that was advertised to start at 8:00 am, specifically to avoid crowds and allow enough time to visit key sites like Maya Bay. Unfortunately, the tour did not depart until nearly 10:00 am, a two-hour delay that significantly impacted the entire experience. The delay was not due to weather or external conditions, but because the tour operator placed the wrong groups on the wrong boats (they mixed up the brown and purple groups). This operational error was completely within their control and resulted in guests waiting at the dock for hours with little to no communication. Because of the late departure: Everything was extremely crowded We were unable to visit Maya Bay Lunch was pushed so late that it was nearly 2:00 pm before we ate Customer service messages went unanswered for hours during the tour I have done Phi Phi tours multiple times before and understand how high season works. This was not a case of unrealistic expectations. The issue was poor organization, lack of accountability, and weak communication. When I raised these concerns, the response blamed “high season” and suggested booking a private tour in the future rather than taking responsibility for the operational mistake that caused the delay. The islands themselves are beautiful, but execution matters. If you book this tour, be prepared for potential delays and do not assume the advertised start time will be honored.

  Always request to tour with Coke. He was the best tour guide we ever had. The places are all amazing and he showed us rare fish different species and gave us proper guidance.

  James was a wonderful guide. I ended up getting very seasick and James and the crew dropped my partner and I off at the Phi Phi main pier so we could catch a ferry back to Krabi. Everyone was extremely kind and so helpful. I will forever be grateful for such an understanding crew.

  The trip was well organised. However all the islands are extremely busy with loads of boats and tourists so can't expect a nice relaxing beach time . It's jumping from one place to another with beach packed with people and boats so hard to take even a decent photo. Can't go inside the cave so a quick look from outside while in the boat. And on the monkey bay could spot two monkeys from far and that's it. There is enough time given for snorkelling at two points which was fun but the beach scene was rushed due to time and also how packed and busy it was which I presume is always the case. Nice lunch. The guide was informative and did his job very well.

  We went to Phi Phi islands and mayabay was great experience. James our tour leader is very nice person with fluent English and professional skills . Everything was well organised the speedboat and all the accessories for snorkelling very clean and the excursion give exactly what it promised explicitly.   Wonderful experience going on this trip. We had a great time, the guide (he called himself Coke 😁) was amazing. Food was good and we were provided with cold water every time we got back to the boat. They also served us fruits. My mom lost ger phone in Bamboo island and they actually helped us find it and gave it back to us in my hotel!

  Terrible,boat parked in amongst approx 50 jellyfish loads of people got stung,at least 8 people injured from boat going to fast in choppy waters, guide didn't care as he just rushed us from place to place rushed all day,not a great experience works not rate it any stars,avoid this trip at all costs,you have been warned

  The boat is nothing fancy but for the price it was a great trip. we experienced a nice snorkel opportunity, beautiful scenery and swim stops. James, our tour guide was great.
