3.00I felt I was catfished by the van appearance. I thought the transportation included a huge van featured in the advert. But this is false advertising, I had a 4 bags of luggage and was told I should’ve informed them because a van is more expensive, so I had to wait an hour to get an suv for me and my friends 6 bags, because they couldn’t fit in the small Honda Civic that rolled up to pick us up. They were okay with my added friend and then the my asked for a photo and took photos I guess to insure that We had got to our hotel safely. But, it would’ve been nice if they had asked permission instead of flicking away. I figured it was to say that they safely transferred us. But, it wasn’t explained to us. Otherwise the ride was pleasant and the driver let me use his hotspot.
