If you're visiting St. Vincent, stop what you're doing and contact Ruff at IV Tours — he is, without exaggeration, the reason my friend and I came to St. Vincent in the first place, and he exceeded every expectation. We booked the Pirates of the Caribbean Wallilabou & Buccament Beach tour, and from start to finish it was the most personal, private, and memorable experience I've ever had on a trip. We even dressed up as pirates for the occasion! Ruff took us through so many stunning areas of the island, sharing rich history and local culture every step of the way. At Wallilabou — the iconic filming location of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl — Ruff truly shines. As the ONLY local who actually worked on the POTC set, he has an insider knowledge that you simply cannot get anywhere else. As a die-hard Pirates fan, I thought I knew everything about those films. I was wrong. The stories and behind-the-scenes facts he shared blew my mind. And because he's also a professional photographer, he captured the most incredible photos of us at the location — we're still arguing over our favorites. The personal touches made it extra special: he made us homemade ginger beer and picked up fresh watermelon along the way. We also visited Fort Charlotte, where his historical knowledge was outstanding, and he even took us by a local art gallery. The next day, he drove us to the ferry for our trip to Bequia and loaded us up with tips to make the most of our visit. Ruff does it all — tours, transfers, photography, you name it. He's funny, warm, endlessly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in giving you the best experience possible. We had the absolute time of our lives. Do not visit St. Vincent without reaching out to IV Tours. You'll thank yourself later. 🏴☠️

Very friendly guide who gives bcp explanations about his island, and shares anecdotes of his experience on the shooting Pirates of the Caribbean! The Island is splendid and the tour allows you to discover it. Little to see on the Pirates of the Caribbean website but compensated by the anecdotes told! Wifi available which is not negligible 😉

Great experience with Boycie & Dale New modern van took us on our excursion Boycie was the driver and Dale was the Tour guide. Both were nice characters and informative and helpful along the way We went to the Pirates of the Caribbean set and a small waterfall at a Heritage Park nearby before we headed onto the beach next to sandals which was rather small but still nice to have a stop and rest for an hour. There was only our two families on the Tour and it was a nice experience, Dale offered us fruit water and a local ginger punch, which was nice. We did pay $2 per person to enter the Pirates of the Caribbean and $2 per person to enter the waterfall at the Heritage Park. Both are very proud of the island and took us on a little tour around the different parts and villages seeing the industrial zone and where they live, etc Overall, a great tour with two God hosts to see St. Vincent.

This tour was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our host met us at the ferry location with refreshing cold drinks and fresh fruit, such a thoughtful touch before the day even began. From there, we hopped into a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle and set off to explore the island. The Pirates of the Caribbean filming locations at Wallilabou were amazing to see in person, and our host's knowledge of the island brought everything to life. He shared fascinating details about St. Vincent's history and culture as we drove around, and no question went unanswered. He even made a stop at Buccament Beach just so we could take in the beauty, even though we hadn't brought swimsuits that day (we loved it so much we went back on our own another day!). While you're in Buccament, do yourself a favor and stop by Barry's Bakery Sweets. They had the most delicious sweet treats. Our host also took us up to Fort Charlotte, where the views were absolutely phenomenal. We learned so much about the island's history here too, and it was one of the highlights of the tour. What really set this experience apart was the personal touch. Our host went above and beyond, even joining us for lunch. You could tell he truly loves sharing his island with visitors. If you're visiting St. Vincent, don't hesitate to book this tour. It was the highlight of our trip.

This tour exceeded every expectation. Our host greeted us at the ferry location with cold drinks and fresh fruit, setting the tone for an amazing day. We traveled in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle as he drove us around the island, sharing interesting facts and local knowledge along the way. He was happy to answer every question we threw his way. The Pirates of the Caribbean sites at Wallilabou were incredible, and the visit to Fort Charlotte was equally impressive. The views from up there were phenomenal, and we learned so much about the island's rich history. He made sure we also got to see beautiful Buccament Beach, even though we weren't prepared to swim that day (we ended up going back later in the trip, and that's how stunning it was). Pro tip: while you're in Buccament, stop by Barry's Bakery Sweets for some amazing treats. You won't regret it! Our host genuinely went out of his way to make the experience special, even sitting down to have lunch with us. It felt less like a guided tour and more like exploring the island with a knowledgeable friend. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Visiting Wallilabou Bay and seeing the iconic Pirates of the Caribbean filming location was truly unforgettable. The scenery was stunning, and the guide shared fascinating details about both the film history and the cultural significance of the area. Everything was well organized and relaxed, making it an enjoyable experience as a solo traveler. IV Tours delivered a memorable and authentic St. Vincent experience that I highly recommend.

Incredible tour of the island that allowed us to discover its history thanks to Ruff's many knowledge. The anecdotes around the movie Pirates of the Caribbean will only be given to you by him. It was really great to have so much detail on the set. He is also very smiling and explains very well. In short we loved it! Thanks again. 🙂
