5.00I loved taking the tour. Guide Luis explains very well and has a lot of energy. The whole experience was fun and with beautiful landscapes. The explanation of the coffee maker was very dynamic, fun and informative. We also visited the Poas volcano and the Cascade. The guide kept in touch early on by WhatsApp. The shuttle (van) was very clean and air-conditioned.

5.00Viktor was a super nice guide and very happy to answer questions. He even took us to an extra stop (strawberry - cheese - wine - shop and tasting) after the 3 stops. I didn't understand why we first went to the coffee farm and then to the volcano because it's better to visit the volcano early so you can actually see something. We were lucky, but 10-15min after we arrived everything was cloudy and you couldn't see anything anymore. I hope they'll change it for future tours, so people can actually enjoy a good view.

5.00This was a dual language tour (Spanish and English) and that can often get awkward, but it was done very well. Other than a bit of an earlier start than I like while on vacation, I had a wonderful time. We got to see the volcano crater without issue and just as we were getting ready to leave, the clouds moved in. It was a wonderful day!
