  Benyapa and Tour Guide Niko were excellent and very attentive. Such a wonderful experience of all the Polynesian Islands and a very beautiful and entertaining Luau.

  Absolutely perfect day. We were on the fence about the Super ambassador ticket level, but it was SO WORTH IT!! MIA was a such a joy to have as a tour guide. She took all of the guesswork out of the day. The luau buffet was impeccable!

  Awesome experience!! The only item that needs improvement was the narration of the canoe presentation at the beginning in for the day was very hard to hear/understand the narration. I think it was an equipment issue where narrator wasn’t holding mike to their mouth close enough. Otherwise the experience was perfect. It was a lot to take in on one afternoon and we appreciated being able to come back a few days for free to go through the islands more slowly. Our tour guide, Nicky, was a gem. She was so helpful and helped us be at the right places at the right time. We highly recommend the super ambassador package!

  My wife and I had a blast. Our guide, Brad from Canada, was amazing. He kept checking if we needed food or drinks and was really in tune with what we wanted to do. He took the time to ask what we were into and what we liked. Our experience was outstanding.   Our experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center with the Super Ambassador Package was nothing short of incredible — truly an A++++++ experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like honored guests. The Super Ambassador package is worth every single penny. Having a dedicated ambassador made the entire day seamless, relaxed, and far more meaningful than simply exploring on our own. We were fortunate to have the most wonderful ambassador, a young woman named Moehani. She was absolutely fantastic. Moehani was warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Polynesian culture. She guided us through each of the island villages, sharing stories, history, and cultural insight that made everything come alive. She made sure we experienced everything without ever feeling rushed and took the time to answer questions and make the experience personal for us. Every island village was beautifully presented and interactive. The cultural demonstrations were fascinating, authentic, and engaging. It truly felt like traveling across the Pacific in one afternoon. The performers and cultural practitioners were incredibly welcoming and proud to share their heritage, which made the experience even more special. The canoe pageant was beautiful, and the evening show, Hā: Breath of Life, absolutely blew us away. The storytelling, music, dancing, and fire performances were stunning and emotional — easily one of the most impressive shows we have ever seen. Dinner was also wonderful with plenty of delicious options, and the entire evening was organized perfectly. What stood out most, though, was the genuine hospitality and pride behind everything they do. If you are visiting Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center is an absolute must-do. And if you can, choose the Super Ambassador package — it turns an already amazing visit into a once-in-a-lifetime cultural experience. A special thank you to Moehani for making our day so memorable. We will never forget it. A++++++ all the way.
