5.0010/10 recommend Tomás’ tour! After lots of hiking around São Miguel for a week, we wanted to learn more about the history and culture of the Azores. The tuk tuk tour did not disappoint. We learned about important buildings, lore, Azorean traditions, pineapple farming, and so much more. Lots of opportunities to ask questions. We did the tour at the end of our trip due to our schedule, but would be a great way to kick off time in são miguel as Tomás had tons of great food and site recs. A reason for us to come back!

5.00What a wonderful day! Francisco was friendly, helpful and engaging. He picked me up at my hotel promptly and we stopped at the many points of interests as promised. What a beautiful city. If you’ve done the mountain excursions, this is the perfect and delightful way to wrap up your trip. By the way, Tomas (the owner) was also very responsive when I had a question about pickup and was highly accommodating. I highly recommend this tour. What a fun way to see the city. And easy ingress and egress!!! - my elderly mother would have loved that!

5.00The Tuk Tuk experience is a perfect way to see San Miguel especially if walking may be difficult. Local hidden gems and beautiful scenery and fascinating history. Tomas is born and raised on San Miguel and his knowledge is wonderful. We saw cathedrals, parishes around the city, beaches, pineapple plantations, military history and just a lot of fun! As the owner he is accomadating with easy walking aceras for pick up and he dropped us off near the cruise terminal. Great for a 2-3 hour tour!
