1.00The tour is good, but they do not reach Rocky Key as described, instead they take you in a dirty Van to a restaurant called Ferritours, which in addition to expensive according to the very poor offers, the staff who received us very unpleasant and arrogant, they take you out of the restaurant if for some reason you do not wish to consume, and they have to go to the beach for about 2 hours. They're not even kind enough to offer you a chair. According to the man who treated us he is not to blame for taking us there, but if they come we have to consume or pay for a chair 10000 Colombian pesos. This site is not listed in the tour description. Also a question: Are we tourists to blame for taking us to that place without offering us any choice? The tour operators take you there if or if. We also received no response from the tour operator when contacted. Viator, if you answered our call. It is a shame to destroy a beautiful experience with this aspect. Other people on the tour felt the same way, as it was imposed and not described. They could at least be nice offering shade and chair, in the END WE HAD ALREADY PAID and the one who does not want to eat or drink simply does not want and that must be respected. Thank you.
