  I scheduled this tour months before our cruise, and couldn’t be happier. Mr. Zaide was an outstanding tour guide and his vehicle was very comfortable for the two hour ride to Kuala Lumpur. We saw all the great sites in KL and were able to beat the buses to those spots and therefore missed most of the crowds. He kept us on schedule and made sure we had plenty of time to get back to the ship which was again two hours away with plenty of time for boarding without ever letting us feel like we were being rushed. Highly recommend tour as a cruise excursion.

• Great alternative to similar cruise excursion!

  This is the best way to avoid a cruise excursion full tour bus on similar tour at the same cost! Note that this provides a private driver to popular destinations, but for added cost you can get a guide, though not needed for this tour. Viator consistently has good communication and instructions which they email in advance. Our driver Zali was on time and waiting holding a sign with my name, and sent me a photo via Whats App beforehand. This was very helpful when leaving a very crowded port terminal. We had a nice, comfortable vehicle with AC that could hold 4-5 passengers, but it was just 2 of us. We advised him of our 5pm return time for all aboard at 5:30pm, so he could adjust accordingly. We hit all the stops indicated in the itinerary, starting with Batu Caves just north of city (about 75 min from port) then worked our way back to city. He also added a photo stop at the war memorial. Most stops were photos only, but he gave us plenty of time. We chose to go up KL Tower observation deck, costs less than Sky Terrace but just as good a view and is enclosed. Next stop the Twin Towers, also worth getting the photo! He took us to Central Market last to avoid the tour bus crowds, and we had an hour there. Zali was very helpful and shared good info throughout the drive but not too much. We brought some snacks with us, but there are places to buy food/drink at most of the stops. He was always on time to meet us at each stop, and got us back to the port at 4:55! It turned out to be about 7.5hr trip but mainly due to traffic in city and the hour+ drive to Kuala Lumpar and back. It was worth having a local private driver who could get around much easier than a tour bus. I would highly recommend it!

• Great complete tour of Batu Caves and KL highlights

  Mr Zaidi contacted us the day ahead and was waiting for us at Port Klang with a clear name sign. He was very knowledgeable and drive very well. We visited the great Batu Caves, and after that into KL for visits to the Risk Palace, Independence Square, a market, KL Tower and Petronas Towers. The whole tour took about 6.5 hours and we were back at the ship in time not to get stressed. I thoroughly recommend the tour and Mr Zaidi.

  If you are going to Kuala Lumpur for only one day then this is the perfect trip to book...as KL is so busy with traffic then the local drivers know the best ways to get around the wonderful city

  Great day in Kuala Lumpur. We were picked up right on time by driver and taken to Batu Caves. Due to the Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia, there were thousands of people. Fortunately our driver was always close by and picked us up in moments of a text. We visited Bridge of Life, Independence Square, both towers, the Palace and more. It was a great day! Only drawback was a language barrier. The driver was not really fluent in English and could not provide much information about our stops. When he did have something interesting to say, those in back could not hear. Otherwise, definitely recommend.

• Nice visit to Batu Caves and KL

  We visited Port Klang on the Holland America Westerdam and used E-Novacab for our excursion to Batu Caves and Kuala Lumpur. E-Novacab was outstanding in every aspect. We really enjoyed interacting with our driver 𝑨𝒚𝒊𝒆. Although he was only promised as a driver, he was excellent in providing us background throughout the drive and spoke to good English. While we would rate the tour company as 5 stars, we did not find the itinerary as interesting as we did for many of our other Asia ports and thus the 4 star rating. was Our favorite part of the excursion was the visit to Batu Caves. Most of the places we visited in KL were really just quick photo stops although we did spend a bunch of time browsing in the Central Market; we were also able to get a nice and inexpensive lunch there in the food court and paid by credit card. This market also provided a welcome relief from the heat and humidity. If you decide to visit Batu Caves and KL, E-Novacab is an excellent choice!

  Mr Zaidi was the perfect host. Saw all the main sights in a timely fashion. Kept the car cool and at our ready. Waited for us at the cruise terminal and wasn’t worried about the delay in disembarkation.
