Nice visit to Batu Caves and KL

4.00We visited Port Klang on the Holland America Westerdam and used E-Novacab for our excursion to Batu Caves and Kuala Lumpur. E-Novacab was outstanding in every aspect. We really enjoyed interacting with our driver 𝑨𝒚𝒊𝒆. Although he was only promised as a driver, he was excellent in providing us background throughout the drive and spoke to good English. While we would rate the tour company as 5 stars, we did not find the itinerary as interesting as we did for many of our other Asia ports and thus the 4 star rating. was Our favorite part of the excursion was the visit to Batu Caves. Most of the places we visited in KL were really just quick photo stops although we did spend a bunch of time browsing in the Central Market; we were also able to get a nice and inexpensive lunch there in the food court and paid by credit card. This market also provided a welcome relief from the heat and humidity. If you decide to visit Batu Caves and KL, E-Novacab is an excellent choice!

5.00Mr Zaidi was the perfect host. Saw all the main sights in a timely fashion. Kept the car cool and at our ready. Waited for us at the cruise terminal and wasn’t worried about the delay in disembarkation.

5.00First off I’d like to thank Abduel for a wonderful day. The booking of the tour and the communication with the tour provider before the tour was great and helped alleviate any worries. This was a full day tour with several stops. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to explore and enjoy the beauty of each stop. I have nothing but compliments for Abduel and all the stops we made. Each stop was different from the other, but equally beautiful and interesting. Kuala Lampur is a large city with many sights. I believe this tour gave a great overview, and maybe we’ll have the opportunity visit KL again. Thank you Abduel for everything.

5.00Book a Private taxi Port Klang-KL-Port Klang. Contacted Kernal Singh by Whatsapp & email. Negotiated price and arrangement for the day. Originally asked for a car for 2 passengers. He comes in a 12 seater luxury MPV with a licence plate that reads LIMO 4091 W. Kernal drvies for CEO's and company execs but also loves showing tourista around the KL area. He picked us up at 9 outside Port Klang port. Very clean car, had bottles of water (much needed in 32 degrees heat). Drove us to KL constantly talking about places we drop past and history. More of a private tour guide really. Straight to Petronas Towers, KL Tower, independence Square etc. Asked him if I coukd have Indian Masala Chai so he drove us to Little India where a cuppa and coke cost us R4. 70 which was about 80p (6R to £). Kings Palace was next, Had been advised thag Batu Caves would be busy due to festival, we asked if it feasible to go. He agreed to take us. I had requested for a partivular stop at a Sikh Temple which we stopped at on our way back from the caves. Back to the ship about half hour before all aboard. Talking to other passengers who had booked the TUI excursions, we had done 2 of their seperate excursions for £100 for 2 people. Thank you so much for a tiring but very informative day Kernal. We talk about you to friends and family. If we are ever in KL, I will definitely make contact even if it is just for a coffee. Cintact him by whatsasp on +6013394850. Can also email but he may not respond to email immediately as he said he does not check his emails until he gets home after work. Sometimes emails go to spam for him as well so Whatsapp him.
