5.00We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the boat tour along the Douro River in Porto! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and relaxing. The views were simply breathtaking — cruising past the colorful riverside houses, historic bridges, and the scenic hills covered in vine caves made for an unforgettable journey. The atmosphere on board was calm and enjoyable, with plenty of space to take in the sights and snap photos. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, adding interesting insights about the region without overwhelming the experience. We received complementary drinks and snacks on board. It was the perfect way to see Porto from a different perspective and truly appreciate its beauty. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning, this river cruise is a must-do. Highly recommended!

5.00What a wonderful, intimate boat trip. Unlike the large crowded tours, this felt special and relaxed. Alberto and his crew were professional, attentive, and provided great insights to the area. A highlight of our trip! Would highly recommend the 2 hour tour. Our group was comprised of 4 adults and 2 teenagers.

5.00My husband and I went on a boat tour on the Douro River with Opo Boat Tours earlier this week and we can’t say enough good things about our experiences. Alberto, the owner was communicative and helpful and we were fortunate to have him as our captain along with his team mate Pedro. They both were gracious hosts, sharing knowledge of the area and its history. They provided a thoughtful selection of drinks and snacks. This is an excellent experience for visitors to Porto and we can’t recommend this company enough.

5.00The sunset cruise was a highlight of our time in Porto. Not only were the views absolutely stunning, but we also learned a great deal about the history of the bridges and surrounding areas. The ride was smooth despite the choppy waves, and the beverages and snacks were excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Porto.

5.00Amazing experience! Alberto is incredibly attentive and takes great care of his guests. We really enjoyed the boat activity, the boat is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We had the chance to taste several delicious wines while admiring a stunning sunset. I highly recommend it to all sunset lovers!

5.00My husband, 17 year old Daughter, and I had a fantastic experience on our Douro River Tour. The boat is beautifully maintained. Alberto and Camilo were great guides and had a myriad of recommendations of things to do and where to eat in Porto and Gaia. We enjoyed learning about both and seeing them from a different angle. We were on the water for 2.5 hours and had the privilege of watching the sunset on the Atlantic (the water was calm enough for us to actually navigate into the ocean!) My husband enjoyed the multiple drink offerings (Vinho Verde, Porto and chocolate, Porto Tonic). There were only 4 other people on the tour, and we got to sit up front by ourselves. It felt like a private tour. Very cool all around. 10 out of 10 experience. Service was top notch. We will be back!
