I already pre booked and paid for the taxi to the resort 3 days before arrival to Port Villa, when i arrived, Yumi tours driver asked me for more 5000Vatu and when i refused it, he called the yumi tours owner (can’t remember his name) , the owner again asked me for more 5000 Vatu giving me the reason that my resort is far from Port Villa and talked with me very rudely asking again and again for extra Vatu, at the end i cancelled the trip and got another taxi more cheaper than yumi tours

The driver spoke in French, explaining the different places and means to get around the city during the journey to the hotel (structures, bus, taxi...) and help with the Check-in. A good first immersion on getting off the plane! I recommend!!!

Terrible experience. No one was there to pick me up. There was sign with my name on it and two other people. But no one there. Clearly they left without me. Called the company and got all these excuses about the flight being delayed (it wasn’t), there being traffic (which hadn’t affected all the other drivers picking up passengers!). In the end after 30 mins of waiting around for nothing, had to get a taxi. Awful company. Steer clear.

The pick up was a little late (island time!), but overall the transfer was great. Phillip was lovely and looked after us by recommending great activities to do and organising drivers for us throughout our trip. I would highly recommend Yumi for all transfers and tours!

Our driver was waiting with our names on a sign I said I was looking for Yumi yours he called out to me, with a big smile it had taken a while to get through customs and our flight had been delayed he was cheerful grabbed my bag and we all got into the van and were off lovely friendly driver easy trip to our lodgings directed us to check in on arrival highly recommend this service completely stress free service
