Although we have hiked and traveled in Cinque Terre on numerous occasions, this was our first visit to Portofino. Even on a rainy day it was wonderful. That's because Alessandra was simply "over-the-top" great!! Multi-lingual, courteous, knowledgeable and forever smiling, she went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed the experience. We're still in awe of her ability to dismiss the adverse weather to focus us on the history and the charm of Portofino. We give her our highest rating and would love to have her as our guide in the future. Grazie mille, Alessandra!! xoxo

Alessandra did a great job of touring us around Portofino and Santa. She did a great job of explains the history and current culture of the area. We loved our stop for focaccia and local wine! Soooo good! She took us down quaint streets to parks, beautiful churches, shopping districts and so much more. We were on a cruise ship and had to miximize our day in port and this was the way to do it! I highly recommend!

My husband and I, along with 7 friends, had the most enjoyable time touring Santa Margherita and Portofino because of our guide Alessandra. What an interesting, delightful and extremely pleasant person. We had some rain but that didn't stop us. Once the rain stopped we climbed stairs and walked picturesque pathways to visit beautiful churches, charming streets and fun shops. Her knowledge, stories and insight of each location were interesting as well as entertaining. Her lovely personality made us feel so comfortable that we were sorry to see the tour come to an end. Thank you Alessandra for making our visit to Italy so memorable!
