Sebastian was an awesome tour guide. He gave great information while making it interesting and holding everyone’s attention. He also gave restaurant information for later and was able post tour if we had any questions

An excellent tour leader and driver. A perfect way to get from the cruise terminal to a Santiago hotel. Our driver was good about communicating with us when we were delayed being able to get off the ship.

Lots of nice little stops until you get to the street art and murals in Valpairaso. The sealions and pelicans at the port are great - but definitely pay attention to the dont get closer then 3m rule unless you want to be covered in sealion spit. The street art walk is good (if you are stopping in Santiago and its autumn bank on it being 6 or 7 degree C cooler so take a warm top to put on). A short wine tasting trip to finish was a nice way to end the day. Best bit of the trip was Ramses the guide who was awesome. Knowledgeable and funny. (Applause to for Dave the driver)

What am awesome day. Ramses our tour guide made the day from start ro finish amd David the driver. Ramses was the nicest, smiliest knowledgeable tour guide he was funny, sweet and nothing was too much trouble. He kept us entertained all dat with his knowledge amd facts and humour. The walking tour of Valpairaso was cool, enough tine everywhere including refreshments stops. Nice wine tasting to end the day. Fabulous time highly recommend

We had a great day being shown around beautiful Valparaiso by Pablo and David. It's a fantastic and much more interesting way to get from Valparaiso to Santiago than a straight transfer. Valparaiso itself is such a beautiful and scenic city, particularly the street artwork. Pablo was a great and knowledgeable guide, ably assisted by David who navigated the sometimes narrow streets with ease. Finished off with a wine tasting on the way back to Santiago, it was an ideal way in our case to fill in the post cruise day before our flight.

Had a great day with our tour guide Edu and Juan who drove us around all day. They were ready and waiting for us at the port as we disembarked. Really enjoyed walking around Valparaiso and Edu was very informative and gave us sometime to shop and we also stopped at a local restaurant for lunch. Great way to fill in time before heading to the airport.

Confusion on pick up time from Viator. They keep posting 7:30 am which required us to disembark the ship earlier than the normal procedure. The ship could only transport us to the terminal at 6:30 The travel company contacted by Viator did contact us with a pickup between 8:30 and 9, however it was too late to change our 6:30 debarking so we sat in an empty terminal until the tour pick up. Beware! After we started the tour, however, it was a very interesting and informative day in Valparaiso with a last stop at a beautiful winery before dropping off at the airport in Santiago. Our only issue was with Viator who was not in tune with their contracted tour company and continued to send us the incorrect information on start time.

What a nice way to end our cruise. Pickup was easy and we had a nice tour of the Valparaiso area and a wonderful lunch recommended by our guide. The trip to the winery was nice. The tasting was very short. Drop off at the airport and the airport hotels was easy. Overall well worth the time and money

Ramsés and Juan were wonderful! Rames as a tour guide was so passionate, informative and made the tour amazing. I highly recommend taking this tour if visiting Santiago or Valparaiso. It is a super packed day and you get to explore the city, have the best views of Valparaiso/Vina de Mar and a delicious lunch with a panoramic view of valpraiso. Most importantl, we felt safe and were able to explore and enjoy the cities!
