5.00Booked a pick up from the airport to a Prague hotel. Very easy to use website. Excellent value for money. Received emails and WhatsApp messages informing me of Driver’s name & address and what vehicle and its registration number. Thomas Kudela was on time, very friendly and informative about Prague. Excellent service. We also booked a return from Hotel to Airport. Again on time, very friendly, Vilem Raus in his Mercedes for the return. Very nice man. Everything on time. I would not use any other website or service, for Prague.

5.00I had an excellent experience with my driver yesterday at Prague Airport. He arrived right on time, was super friendly, and had a sign with my name on it. The car was brand new, and he communicated really well—he even texted me before I arrived, letting me know to contact him as soon as I landed. He spoke great English, and everything was perfect. Plus, he fit all my luggage—two big suitcases, two carry-ons, a backpack, and a handbag—comfortably in the trunk. I highly recommend this company for airport pickups!"

5.00Coped admirably with the inevitable long delay through customs (those Brexit bonuses just keep rolling in, don’t they) Excellent communications throughout- and all at a reasonable price. Vehicle modern, clean, well maintained and safely driven. By the way… you get a couple of ‘freebies’ thrown in- a half decent guidebook and a free walking tour. I heartily suggest you take up the latter. Our guide was knowledgeable and far-reaching in his cultural reference points. The tour group ended up being small (just the 4 of us) and we picked up great museum visiting tips, bar recommendations and other insider info. along the way. At a little over 2 hours of easy strolling around the old town, the Jewish quarter and Charles Bridge the feet held out. Though there’s absolutely no pressure to tip, I think that’s how these guys earn à crust, so we happily reached in to our pockets (they seem set up for card payment if you’re not carrying crowns) Great start to our stay in Prague.
