Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

On ths 4-hour city walking tour you will see Prague's highlights, major attractions and most significant and interesting historical sites, such as the Jewish Quarter, historical buildings of Old Town, famous Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.

5.00Our driver, Gennadij was on time with a spotlessly clean car that was spacious and comfortable. We were provided with a free guide book of Prague, water should we want it and details of where and how to book a free walking tour of the city. Regardless of the free gifts this company deserved a 5* review for their professionalism and excellent service.
Airport transfer who don’t show up.

1.00Don’t book. They don’t show up and still charged me. They were not at the airport and didn’t answer their phone when I called. Over a day later they still haven’t contacted me. They are refusing to refund my €40. Finally if you are considering a transfer from Prague airport Bolt and Uber are way cheaper and just as easy to organise.

1.00Do not book this. The driver scammed us not providing the services as described on the booking. The car was too small for our suitcases for 3 passengers, we each had 1 check in and 1 hand carry as allowed per passenger. I booked for 3 and the driver said he can't fit all our luggage so he got us another car, the other driver seemed like he was already waiting outside the airport as he got there quick and he charged us $70 more! There was no water provided, no wifi, or a map or pocket guide book as described. It would have been much cheaper to get an uber xl if I only knew. Sent a request to viator for a refund as this was a complete rip off ending up paying $130 for what could have been just a $25 ride to my hotel! Be careful of people who take advantage of tourists!

5.00Very nice driver! He was waiting for me when I got out of the airport baggage claim, even though I arrived a bit early. Escorted me to a lovely clean car right outside the doors, and expertly navigated the streets of Prague to get me to my hotel. Perfect!

5.00Prompt pick up and luxury accommodations with a kind guide was welcomed after a long day of travel. Unsure if price is competitive but we didn't want to deal with uber being so exhausted after traveling. Worth it.
