Diver was excellent with his narratives on the drive there and home (5/5)! The tour guide rushed us through the tour not allowing time for pictures. She would turn around and walk briskly to next area for discussion. If you attempted to take a photo before departing, you would loose tour guide and run in direction she departed to catch up. Our group was small (6 people) and when we asked tour guide to wait (several time to take a picture) her response was if she waited for pictures she would not finish her tour areas in the 2 hours she was given. Therefore, we were encouraged to follow her so she could get through her tour time and then return to take pictures later of the previous places we were taken too. After tour guide was done, the group had 3 hours to walk around. My recommendation would be for the company to pay the tour guide for an extra 30 minutes so customers aren’t rushed from area to area and provide them with a minute or two at certain sites to take pictures . Also, after we saw all the sites and shown the hotel for pick up, i needed to abort the final walk into an open market area as my husband was having trouble breathing and in need if his inhaler. As a medical professional, i told the tour guide we needed to stop (my family only) and would meet everyone at pick up point due to my husband’s medical distressing . The tour guides tone changed (aggravated and annoyed) informing us we had to follow her a bit longer to the departure place. Despite my husband’s struggles, we made it to the open market place and were provided with the tour guides instagram account, her thank you for choosing the tour and her acceptance of gratuities. This was disturbing as she appeared more interested in obtaining positive reviews than the health of her group customer. Additionally, three hours to walk around the area alone is much too long. Two hours to a maximum of 2.5 hours would have been more than enough time to have lunch and walk around the area. Its a nice tour, however i would suggest revising the time lines and having the tour guide more empathetic to her customers. Prague is a beautiful city to visit.

The long trip was amazing with all of the knowledge of Vienna and Prague by the tour guides. Made the time go fast, only wish there was more time to see everything.

Efficient way to see Prague. City walking tour covered basics. Maybe a bit too short. Will probably plan a proper 2-3 day trip

I was supposed to be picked up from my hotel, but because of a last minute change in my travel dates, I had to change my hotel as the previous one did not allow rescheduling. They were gracious enough to let me know that I could be picked up at a different spot so it did not derail the route/plans for the other guests. They were very efficient and swift in handling this. I was picked up by Markus, who is hilarious and knowledgeable about history and fun facts about places we passed by. The long ride from and to Prague also did not feel draining because of Markus’ driving skills! In Prague, we had the local tour guide Linda, who is very impressive in her overall knowledge and passion. The level of details is incredible to help us immerse ourselves in the experience.

Terrific experience with a great team. The driver Balazs spoke about the history of Austria and the Czech Republic extensively and was very knowledgeable and kind. Our guide Cathy was very well informed and courteous and accommodating to those with physical challenges. Prague is a beautiful city I will return.

This was a long but awesome day. The car trip to Prague is a bit long but totally worth it. The guided tour was great and we had a good amount to free time to explore the city center and grab a bite to eat.
