We had the best experience with our guide Tony, who provided a lot of information about all the places and communities we visited. Additionally, we were very lucky to visit a Hmong family. Due to the small group size, we quickly got through the traffic and stopped at less crowded places. All accommodations were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the local food. All Easy Riders were extremely friendly, helpful and drove very safely. The communication upfront was very reliable and quick to respond. Would recommend 100%.

We took the 4-day tour and the experience was spectacular. The loop is truly incredible, and they take you to extraordinary places that would be hard to find on your own. This tour is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful experience, since the group size is small, making it much more private, personal, and relaxed. After comparing it to other tours with large crowds, we realized a more intimate experience was exactly what we wanted. We’re really happy with the whole experience and highly recommend it!

Our four-day Ha Giang Loop with Ha Giang Loopers was incredible. The landscape looked almost alien, with sharp limestone peaks and deep green valleys that took our breath away. Every turn revealed another jaw-dropping view. From the start, everything was seamless. Hazel handled the logistics and was always quick to reply to our questions. She helped us arrange a private car to and from Ha Giang and even coordinated meals with the driver before and after the tour. It was all so easy. Our guide Frank was friendly, professional, and full of knowledge about the history and customs of each area. There wasn’t a single question he couldn’t answer. Ha Giang Loopers is locally owned, not a big outside company, and you can feel the difference right away. We booked a private tour, which allowed Frank to tailor everything to us. When we said we were curious about pho, he took us to a tiny village where the noodles are still made entirely by hand. When we mentioned we liked caves, he started early on the last day so we could visit a huge 5 km cave. The custom experiences were amazing, but even the standard route was stunning on its own. Frank is also a talented photographer. He helped us take amazing photos and drone shots and knew how to avoid crowds by stopping just a short distance from the main viewpoints. Our easy rider was respectful, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious, with full-course meals at every stop. The homestays were clean and beautiful, including one in a Hmong village and another with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the hills. The most thoughtful moment came when I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday that morning. Frank secretly arranged for a Western-style birthday cake to be brought to a remote mountain village for dinner that night. It was such a sweet surprise, and the cake was honestly delicious. This was not a party tour. It was the true Ha Giang, filled with nature, culture, and genuine care. Supporting locals made it feel even more meaningful. Do it, you’ll love it!

Had the best time, probably the highlight of the whole trip. It was all very well organized and Hazel was very helpful. The Tour felt like a real adventure and we got to see a lot of cool places we could never find ourselves. Our Guide Tony Montana was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and spoke English very well, he kept everyone entertained the whole time. My driver Don Was a real pro and had no problem taking me on the back even though I weigh around 100 kg and am 199cm. Overall the trip was amazing the accommodations were very comfortable and in great locations. The lunches were delicious and plentiful and the food at the home stays was very high quality. I highly recommend booking with Ha Gieng loopers

Our 4-day private tour with Ha Giang Loopers was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, everything was seamless, well-organized, and full of heart. Hazel, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect — her communication, care, and personal touches made us feel so looked after. Our guide Toàn was phenomenal — knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and culture of Ha Giang. And our drivers Khoi, Don, and Sin were absolute legends! We felt safe every single moment, even on those winding mountain roads, and they made the whole adventure so fun and memorable. The scenery was jaw-dropping — every turn brought a new “wow” moment. The homestays were cozy and authentic, the food was delicious, and the people we met along the way made it feel like more than just a tour — it was a journey of connection and pure joy. If you’re considering the Ha Giang Loop — book with Ha Giang Loopers. You’ll be treated like family and come away with memories for a lifetime. We would do it again in a heartbeat! ❤️

Huy and Don were great drivers who made us feel safe and ensured we went to the best places, also making sure to take us to places that weren't over populated with other tourists. We were also given lots of history lessons about northern Vietnam. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience Vietnam and local culture.

As a solo 33 year old traveller I was very unsure which company to do the Ha Giang Loop through, but I count my lucky stars that I came across the Ha Giang Loopers company! Hazel was my first point of contact during the booking process and she was a real gem. She took the time to answer my many questions and she organised everything for me (including return bus to Hanoi, and accommodation the night before the tour). The tour itself was amazing! I was in a small group with only 2 others. I wasn't interested in big party groups, or staying at hostels with room shares so this was perfect for me. We stayed at three lovely homestays, and the final night’s view was absolutely breathtaking. All of the food I ate on the tour was so good, and so many stops along the way that sell delicious coffee. Our three drivers were outstanding and we felt safe throughout the whole journey. My driver and tour leader, Kien, spoke excellent English, was funny and informative, and went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable. Sin and Bung were always happy and smiling and made sure every meal stop was clean and comfortable for us. The loop was breathtaking and incredible and the views just kept getting better and better. This made my Vietnam trip and honestly it is one of the best things I think that I've ever done in my life. I can’t recommend Ha Giang Loopers highly enough. If you’re thinking about doing the loop, book with them — you won’t regret it!

I did the 4D3N tour with Ha Giang Loopers. Hazel was amazing with communication and answering any questions I had, as well as offering to help with my bookings for transportation to and from Ha Giang. The day I wanted to start the loop, I was the only one wanting the 4 day option (the others wanted 3 days), so Hazel offered to run the 4 day tour for me solo, which was very generous. I had an amazing time with my guide Long. He did a great job of looking out for me and really trying to tailor the experience to what I was interested in. The accommodations that were chosen for me were gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend Ha Giang Loopers!

Huy and Hieu took good care of us during the past 4 days. They made sure we were safe and had the best possible experience. We were always avoiding the big groups and visiting unique spots, in hidden villages and families that welcomed us in their homes. We would 100% reccommend Ha Giang Loopers! Thanks again Hazel, Huy and Hieu!

I went on the 4D3N premium tour and I honestly wish I could do it all over again. The scenery will be amazing no matter what, so it's the people who really make the difference, ans the Loopers team are as good as it gets. Massive thanks to Hazel, who put up with my changing plans and promptly answered any questions I had at all hours of the day and night, and to our riders Tony, Sung and Khoi: guides, photographers, V-pop mentors, hotpot masters, karaoke stars, chess champions (or so I'm told, I don't know how to play) and all-around great humans. Trusting your driver means you can sit back and really enjoy the ride. Plus, we were a small group so we always managed to stay ahead of the crowds - it was truly a special experience. Do yourself a favour and book with Loopers :)
