This trip was absolutely one of our highlights during our travels. We ended up having a private tour for our selected dates, which makes this great value. Huy & Hoa our tour guides were excellent at showing us hidden gem spots with much less tourists, giving us a more authentic experience learning more about the culture of remote villages and their farming / agricultural practices and meeting locals, rather than racing from coffee shops to party back at the hostels which suited us much more. The homestays were all clean and quiet, the food was plentiful and had good vegetation options. Would 100% recommend this company for a more private tour with smaller groups.

Nature in northern Vietnam is absolutely awesome. But what is the big deal is that I can recommend this company blindly and with complete confidence. I got to do a private tour. 4 days, 3 nights... Everything from start to finish, an absolute high performance. Hazel takes care of everything, while the team, and here I want to highlight Huy, loves his job and you can see that in him and he transfers that to his customers. A great experience, with great insights, great food and also great accommodations. Thank you for this great experience Best regards T.

This was an unforgettable experience from the initial communication and organisation with Hazel, to the amazing scenery and views to the fantastic accommodation and everything in between. We were a group of 3 and explored so many off the beaten path places, we didn’t just follow the other much larger groups to the super touristy places. Kien our guide and easy riders Nho and Don were brilliant, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. The accommodation was great, private rooms with lovely food. We stopped at some really cute pit stops for coffee and snacks. We would fully recommend to anyone.

Huy was my easy rider and our tour guide, and Hoa was my dad’s easy rider for our 4D3N tour. We’re so glad we went with Ha Giang Loopers in the end. Huy was an amazing tour guide with a good command of english and really gave us a private tour experience. He brought us to hidden gems, and made sure we’re well taken care of throughout the trip. Hoa was a very chill, funny, and easy to talk to person (he could speak Mandarin) which was an additional cherry on top. I think the main reason we went with this tour company was because of Hazel’s fast and very accomodating responses. Initially, I’ve had other companies on my mind because of their wider social media presence, but Ha Giang Loopers really focuses on delivery quality to a small group (maximum 6). We really enjoyed our tour with Huy and Hoa and will highly recommend this tour operator if you’re considering one.

It was an unforgettable adventure! The guide was very friendly, spoke good English and told a lot about the area / customs / culture. The easyriders rode safely. We often went off the beaten track, so you came to small villages where the children were waving along the paths. A unique experience. The groups are small which I really liked. Overnight stays were in private rooms and these were always neat and clean. Remember that it can be very cold in the mountains in the morning and evening!

Was an amazing experience with each driver taking great care of their passengers. I felt safe throughout the whole trip and very informed regarding local practices and culture. Frank was our guide - he had deep knowledge of the people, culture, and locational significance. Overall, I would recommend doing the 4 day, 3 night loop. Accomodation was great with food being provided at each rest point. Enough stops were made along the journey :)

The whole trip was absolutely amazing, Hazel was so helpful from start to finish on WhatsApp… replying at hours and answering every question I had. Dan our tour leader was the best! He knew all the best stops and viewpoints to make sure we saw the best parts of the loop. He was informative and told us lots along the way, he was also very kind and caring! Really couldn’t do enough for us. The group was a lot smaller than some other companies so we got great quality time without the business and chaos. I would absolutely reccomend Ha Giang Loopers, it really made my trip to Vietnam unforgettable!

Couldn't recommend this tour enough. The 4 day loop tour was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. While there are many different providers for med/large groups, Ha Giang Loopers tours are for smaller groups, which means exploring the roads less travelled, and touring at a calmer pace, and with a more personalised experience. Having never been on a motorbike, I was initially a bit nervous. However I felt so safe on the tour, and found the rise really thrilling, with breathtaking views and really cool locations, with a lot of knowledge. Our guide Huy and our driver Don were total legends who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were were enjoying ourselves. At one point I felt unwell, and Huy kindly surprised us by bringing a fresh ginger tea to our room. So much care and concern. After learning that we are keen hikers, Huy also added in some cool off-road experiences for us. Huy spoke great English and we were impressed with his knowledge of Vietnamese history, both ancient and modern. Hazel at head office was also really lovely. She was super communicative and checking in with us along the way. The accomodation was also really lovely. As a couple, we opted for the private room (rather than dorm-style), and it was all really comfortable. If you're thinking about a Ha Giang loop and you want top quality tour and accomodation, pick the Ha Giang Loopers Tour company!
