  This was an incredible way to explore Punta Arenas. We came in on a cruise ship for the day, booked the bike hire in advance and grabbed an Uber to the collection point. Easy! The bikes are in top condition and the young business owners were super informative about the bikes themselves and the best routes to take to explore the town. There's well planned bike paths all over the town, so grab your bikes, and get out there exploring! And support a local business at the same time.

  Outstanding bikes to rent easy to use in great ways to see the city. Took a quick Uber to get to the bikes and then enjoyed riding all around the city up and down the hills and seeing the sites. Host was great

  We had a wonderful experience renting e-bikes from this small family-owned business in Punta Arenas. The customer service was outstanding — friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The bikes were brand new, well maintained, and very easy to ride, which made exploring the area so much fun. They took the time to explain everything and made sure we were comfortable before heading out.   Our experience with Patagonia Moto Rentals was truly one of the highlights of our time in Punta Arenas. We went as a group of family and friends, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends. Anthony, the owner, and his wife were incredibly kind, relaxed, and genuinely excited to make sure we had an amazing experience. You can really feel the care and pride that comes with a family-run business. The bikes themselves are fantastic, powerful, smooth, and surprisingly easy to learn how to ride. Even those in our group who had never tried anything like this before felt comfortable and confident within minutes. Being able to cruise quietly through the city and out into the stunning Patagonian scenery was such a unique and freeing way to explore the area. Anthony and his wife were super helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great tips on where to ride. It felt less like a rental and more like being shown around by locals who love what they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend Patagonia Moto Rentals to anyone visiting Punta Arenas, especially families or groups of friends looking for a fun, memorable experience. It’s a totally different way to see the city and one we’ll be talking about for a long time. Until next time!!! :)

  Family friendly experience, we were able to ride basically the whole city. If you are looking for something fun I 100% recommend it.
