Tashkent

Welcome to Tashkent! The driver will pick you up at the airport with a placard and transfer you to the hotel for check-in.

Then, the 10 days Uzbekistan itinerary starts. Your guide and the driver will take you to Khast-Imom Complex to visit Madrasah of Barak-Khan, Tilla Sheikh Mosque, Mausoleum of the Saint Abu Bakr Kaffal Shashi and the Islamic Institute of Imam al-Bukhari.

Afterwards, head to the local market Choru Bazaar to have a visit.

Next, your guide will accompany you to take metro to the city center. Tashkent metro system is one of the most beautiful metro system in the world. Each station has its unique style. Your driver will later meet you in the city center. We'll then head to visit Independence Square and Amir Timur Park.

Uzbekistan State Museum of Applied Art

The last stop of today is State Museum of Applied Art.

Urgench

In the morning the driver will send you to the airport for flight to Urgench. The flight time is 1 hour and 40 minutes. Upon arrival, the driver there will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel in Khiva for check-in.

Abdulaziz-Khan Madrasah

Afterwards, your local guide will escort you to have a walking tour in Ichan Kala, the old part of the Khiva city surrounded by wall. First we'll visit Mukhammad Amin Khan Madrasah, Mukhammad Rahimkhan Madrasah and Kalta Minor, the famous short minaret.

Juma Mosque

Then we go to Juma Mosque to appreciate the elegant pillars with beautiful carvings.

Next, head to visit Toshkhovli Palace and Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum.

Islam Khodja Complex

Afterwards, we'll try to climb Khodja Minaret.

Citadel Kunya-ark

At last, we'll go to Kunya-Ark to overlook the Khiva city.

Bukhara

Today your driver will drive along the ancient Silk Road to send you to Bukhara about 480km (300mi) away. It takes 7-8h in total. On the way, pass through the Kyzylkum desert, which means "Red Sand" and stop here to admire the magnificent desert and Amudarya River.

The attractions in Bukhara are close to each other, so the local guide will accompany you to tour Old Bukhara, the UNESCO World Heritage Site by foot. First we will visit Lyabi Hauz Ensemble, where many restaurants, cafes, galleries and souvenir shops gather.

Then we will go to the Magoki-Attori Mosque, to appreciate the unique architectural style of early Islam.

Chor Minor Madrasah

Then go to visit Chor-Minor Madrasah and the trade domes, the market center of this ancient city.

Ulugbek Madrasah

Afterwards, go to madrasahs of Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan, Kalyan Minaret and Kalyan Mosque.

Next we will walk to Miri-Arab Madrasah, one of the most sacred and oldest Islamic educational places built in the 16th century.

Afterwards, go to visit Ark Fortress and then head to the Bolo Khauz Mosque famous for its wooden columns with intricate carvings.

Finally, we will visit Samanid Mausoleum and Chashma Ayub Mausoleum

Palace of Moon-like Stars (Sitorai-Mokhi-Khosa)

Today your guide and the driver will be waiting for you at the hotel. After picking you up, we'll go to visit Summer Palace, also known as Sitorai Mohi Hosa, with the architecture style of both European and Central Asia.

Next, we will visit The Mausoleum and necropolis of Bahauddin Naqshabandiy, the religious shrine of Naqshbandia.

Chor-Bakr necropolis

Then, we will continue to visit Chor-Bakr Necropolis, also named the city of the dead to appreciate the magnificent buildings. Transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free on your own.

Gijduvan

In the morning, the driver will take you to Yurt Camp 230 km (143 mi) away, taking 4 hours. We'll pass by Gijduvan pottery masters workshop to see exquisite ceramics.

Nurata

Then drive to Nurata to visit Nurata local mosque and the holy spring. When drive by Nurata pass, have a stop to admire petroglyphs and take pictures. When night falls, enjoy dinner while listening to the folk song. Stay overnight in the camp.

In the morning, the driver will take you to visit Aidarkul Lake which is called the Blue Pearl. You can visit freely here and enjoy the beautiful waterscape.

Samarkand

This afternoon, you will be sent to Samarkand and check in the hotel. The 270 kilometers (170 miles) journey takes 5 hours.

On the 8th day, the driver and the guide will first take you to visit Registan Square.

Bibi Khanym Mosque

Then we will visit Siyob Bazzar and Bibi Khanym Mosque.

Afterwards, we'll head to visit the biggest observatory in Central Asia history - Ulugbek Observatory.

Necropolis Shah-i-Zinda

Then, head to the shrine of Central Asia Islam, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis.

Finally, we'll go to explore the tomb of Timur and other royal members - Gur-Emir Mausoleum.

Afrasiyab Museum

First, the driver and the guide will take you to Afrasiab Museum.

Saint Daniel's Tomb

Next we will visit the Tomb of Saint Daniel.

Finally, we will drive to Koni Ghil village to know the traditional way of making Samarkand paper. Then you can freely explore the surrounding attractions.

Tashkent

In the afternoon, the driver will take you to the train station for the train to Tashkent. The time on train is about 2 hours and 10 minutes. The driver in Tashkent will be waiting for you at the train station and send you to the hotel.

Tashkent

As your itinerary come to an end today, the driver will transfer you to Tashkent International Airport. Wish you a pleasant journey home!
