Jal Mahal
The Jal Mahal when translated into English means the Water Palace but the complex was never intended to be used as a palace by Maharaja Madho Singh I. Madho Singh, who constructed the Jal Mahal in 1750, simply wished it to be a lodge for himself and his entourage during his duck hunting parties. Madho’s son Madho Singh II greatly enhanced the Jal Palace during the 18th century interior of the palace adding the courtyard grounds and much of the exterior as seen today.

Moin together, this is only a partial evaluation for now. I did a tour of Pushkar, Jaipur and Agra. Afterwards we take the night train to Varanasi In fact, I didn't book anything in advance and arrived in Dehli without a plan. There Raj greeted me very friendly and had told me a bit about the situation on the ground (Scamner, air pollution: especially in Dehli) I also booked an individual tour directly with Ray. It also happened very quickly and he could also allow me to ride on the night train. The tour has been just great so far. I met a lot of new people. And I would also like to emphasise the driver Sanjey in this sense. Mega great and likeable guy. Was unfortunately a bit battered and sick during the tour. Sanjey had taken care of me and brought me paracetamol, water and some bananas to spice me up^^

Travel India One Day organised my trip via Mr Raj at his hostel. It was well organised and smoothly done. On the trip they provided me car and driver from the company. I had the pleasure of having Mr Mukesh from the company. He is a great driver, knowledgeable and friendly. Mukesh was always on hand when I needed his help. He is kind & friendly and is always willing to go out of his way to make your experience special. I’ve had a great week travelling around rajasthan and this is thanks to Mukesh. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a fun trip around India.

We arrived at hindustan backpackers heaven and there was an office for Travel India One Day. We had no real plans but Raj at the desk gave us a detailed plan with options for price that gave us a good itinerary for the week that we were travelling around india. We were given a driver, Nawal, who took us to each location and did an immaculate job of looking after us showing us all the bestsights in each city we visited. He gave us great local knowledge of what scams to be wary of, knew the best restaurants to eat at, and gave us plenty of tips. He would also drop us off right outside the sights, and he would be right outside once we were done. Would recommend this service highly!!

Absolutely amazing experience in India with Hazari. Not only did he show me more of India than I ever could have seen on my own, he explained the history of India and allowed me to ask any questions I wanted. I feel like I learned so much about the places I was visiting. Hazari made me feel safe, secure, and was attentive to any and every need I had. He never let me down. The whole tour was planned out to perfection and with easy at the hostel, and it was fast and effective.

I really liked the trip. It was nice to see all the citys and get used to the country. We were 3 people, and the trip wouldve went completly different if we wouldnt have booked this trip. Most hotels we stayed in where alright, but not luxury. But all in all it was a really fulfilling and interesting trip

I came to India not having a plan and when I got to my hostel the workers suggested I try this trip, I did Delhi, pushkar, jaipur, agra, varanasi then back to Delhi, transport between and to and form the airport all included!!! all the hotels in all the places were very nice, the driver I got for Delhi pushkar jaipur and Agra was called Lal Singh and he was incredible, helped me out the whole time looked out for me and gave me a trip I’ll remember forever, cooking mutton, riding camels, elephants, Taj Mahal, went up mountains seen so many temples so much was amazing then I got the night train to varanasi second class AC (to and from varanasi) and it was fine no worries, my tour guide Shikhar Vyas in varanasi was absolutely incredible same age as me and got on unbelievably well felt looked after and safe the whole time, the only down parts was waiting for the Night train, I waited in a restaurant for 7 hours before my 15 hour train to varanasi and about the same in varanasi to come back to Delhi (12 hour train) and I took my clothes to a laundrette and an item was missing and I was meant to go on a boat ride in varanasi but it flooded massively and it flooded downstairs in the hotel, no fault of the guys who own this business but was the only thing that let it down, wasn’t the end of the world besides that the trip was absolutely perfect amazing for a solo traveller all the guys Raj and everyone else was there to help any time very pleased amazing experience
