I expected great things from this tour after reading the reviews online but this tour exceeded all my expectations - it was fabulous! Pin, our tour guide, helped take the tour to the next level. He was so knowledgeable and attentive and we learnt so much about the history and culture of this fascinating country. Swimming in the pool beneath the waterfall was one of the best experiences we have had in south east asia and we loved exploring Beng Mealea in the jungle - so atmospheric! We also loved some of the experiences that were not on the itinerary, such as when we called off at a small country village and got to meet the locals going about their daily lives, a million miles off the tourist track. We really felt like we were deep into the Cambodian countryside. To top it all off, Pin was great at spotting wildlife for us and took some of the best photos of our family from our whole holiday. Thank you Pin for giving us some amazing memories that will last a lifetime.

Our guide Vannakpin (Pin) gave us a packed day of memorable activities - from visiting a huge stone sculpture of a reclining Buddha on top of a mountain, swimming under a waterfall, to watching the sunset on top of a temple. Pin was very helpful along way, providing history about the attractions and refreshing bottles of cold water in between stops. I highly recommend this or any of Angkor Special Tours to get the most out of your trip to Siem Reap!

Had a great day with Pin as our guide. The waterfall swim was so nice and refreshing after seeing the reclining Buddha and some temples. The pink lady temple was especially beautiful. Pin is very knowledgeable and we asked a ton of questions!! Highly recommended!

I don’t post reviews unless something is particularly great or particularly awful. Our tour guide Pin Vannik is a particularly great tour guide and human being. I did a tour with Pin six years ago with a friend and I came back this past April with my wife. Both times Pin has blown me away with his knowledge of the country, incredible service, and warmth as a human being. He helped us avoid our hotel’s absurd laundry charges by setting us up with his friend, avoided taking us to tourist trap souvenir shops (I’m sure to his own personal expense), and recommended several incredible restaurants run by hard working Cambodian entrepreneurs such as himself. Additionally, he does a lot of good for his community by helping run a school nearby. I realize that this effusion of praise seems borderline scammy, but please trust me that he really is just that good. Book Pin for your tour in Siem Reap and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

We used Angkor special tours for our trip to siem reap. Mr. Thean who accompanied us was excelkent and we must say we had a great experience. He was very accomodating, knowledgable and interactive with our kids. Not to mention the precious snaps that he captured for us in popular spots. He and the van driver took good care of us with providing towels and water after each visiting spot. Overall a great exoerience and highly recommend their services. Mr. Pinn was very prompt in coordinating the whole tour.
