4.00The tour was just lovely. Richard was knowledgeable and thoughtful. He knew a great deal about the background to the film and other interesting things about Salzburg. On an extremely cold day, it was wonderful to be whisked around in a warm comfortable car. The only annoying part was that there was nothing on line to tell us what to expect on the tour.

Having a knowledgeable guide like Peter made it feel personal and relaxed for our small group of three. Be mindful of sunset timing—booking earlier in the day is best so you can fully enjoy the views before it gets dark.

5.00This was a great tour. The tour guide showed us all the sound of music hotspots which took us through most of the town of Salzburg. He had great information and this oriented us to the city so we were ready to explore on our own the next couple days.
