Wadi Shab
This Wadi is an enormous canyon gorge that is lined with palm trees and impressive indications of what the power of the water coming down from the mountains can do in nature. With a 35-minute hike up through the canyon Wadi, we arrive at one of several crystal-clear water pools. Tourists can swim on through the warm waters from pool to pool. Eventually, we come to the last pool where an opening among the enormous rocks allows us to swim into an incredible crevice cave with as mall waterfall. Inside, the sunlight filters in from the outside, turning the water into a beautiful turquoise blue whilst water showers down one side of the cave from the wadi beyond.

Our next stop is the Wadi Tiwi photo stop, which is named after Tiwi village at the coast, is a beautiful wadi with the lush plantations giving it a different (certainly greener) feel than many other wadis

A fabulous 3-day trip to Jebel Shams and nearby highlights, led by Ahmed who was knowledgeable and always attentive. Highlights for us included the Grand Canyon Balcony Walk (W6), Jabrin Castle, Nizwa Fort, Nizwa Souq and Al Hoota Cave.

On our second day we visited the Gran Canyon of Oman which is very impressive. Following to Nizwa Souk and Fort, Birkat Al Mouz, Falaj Al Kaitlyn to end up at Jebel Akhdar. The 5*** Hotel Alila is just beautifully built, great location and service. Amer was a perfect host, served tea, coffee and dates from his own farm.Just typically Omani hospitality.

Khalil Al Jabri took my husband and I on a brilliant cultural immersion experience, embracing food, historical, agricultural facets of Oman. Khalil was able to create lasting memories of our experience by sharing family stories, supported by his experiences and great knowlege of historical and agricultual sites. He was very helpful, supportive and a very generous host. The accomodations, food and tours were execellent. Definately recommend a camel ride at sunset thank you to Nassir for a fun experience.

My wife and I completed the 3 day, 2 night tour of Oman, visiting Ras Al Hab, Wadi Shad, Wadi Bini Khalid, Nizwa and the desert camp. Khalil Al Jabri was our fantastic guide for the tour he was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Khalil tailor made the tour to our needs and even bought dates from his own tree at home for us to try. Khalil also introduced us to a new food delight, the Omani chip and cheese sandwich. I would definately recommend this tour with Sunshine Tours Oman and ask for Khalil, he is the best

Three beautiful days in Oman. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic and very knowledgeable guide named Mohammed. He showed us the wonders of Oman and was also very kind and thoughtful with us. I recommend you ask for him. In addition to the fantastic place, the company is also important.💛

We had a wonderful time on our tour with Waleed and Star Tours. From the initial planning emails with the office to the final drop off at the airport, it was a great experience. Waleed was always prepared and always punctual. He answered every one of our many questions and provided lots of information about Oman and the places we visited. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. The lodgings Star booked were as advertised and decent tour accommodation. A left-behind mobile phone traveled from Muscat to the desert as if by magic, thanks to network of tour guides at Star. We'd used them again and recommend them to our friends without hesitation.

We had a fantastic private tour in Oman with Khalil Al Jabri, who made this trip truly great for us and flexibly adjusted it to our abilities and interests. Within 3 days, we saw many different and interesting areas of the country. And we learned a lot about its people, customs, and nature. We much appreciated the experience of stunning coastal / beach as well as mountain landscapes and the wadis. The sunset in the desert, including a very tasty Omani tea prepared by Khalil, will certainly remain in our memories. Another great experience was Nizwa, where we had the best shopping experience for dates, Omani sweets and spices at the souk, saw the fort and castle and had a tour of the old city. The food was good, hotels were clean and comfortable. The car was excellent, as were the driving skills; we particularly enjoyed going in the desert. Upfront communication with Sunshine tours went very well, and we always received a fast response. Certainly recommended 👌
