Day 1

Nayapul to Tikhedhunga (1,540m)

Accommodations

Overnight stay at Guest house.

Tikhedhunga

Drive by sharing public Bus from Pokhara to Nayapul (about 1-2 hours). Begin the trek from Nayapul, passing through Birethanti and Hille. Ascend through the picturesque village of Tikhedhunga. Overnight stay in Tikhedhunga.

Day 2

Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,750m)

Accommodations

Overnight stay at Guest house.

Ghorepani

Ascend the steep stone staircase to Ulleri village. Continue through rhododendron and oak forests. Reach Ghorepani, a beautiful village with panoramic mountain views. Overnight stay in Ghorepani.

Day 3

Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3,210m) and Ghandruk

Accommodations

Overnight stay at guest house.

Early morning hike to Poon Hill for a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas. Enjoy panoramic views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Descend to Ghorepani. and contine the trek.

Ghandruk

we will be descending towards Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village in Kaski District which is known for its hospitality. The hike from Ghorepani to Ghandruk is of 6 hours. We will spend a night in a teahouse in Ghandruk.

Day 4

Ghandruk (1,940m) to Nayapul and Drive to Pokhara

From Ghandruk via a scenic route, we will hike downhills waving goodbye to alluring mountains like Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail and Himchuli. After crossing beautiful rhododendron forest, streams and several suspension bridges we will reach Birethanti. From Birethanti will hike down hills and follow Modi River to Nayapul.

Pokhara Lakeside

From Nayapul we will catch a local bus and will drive back to beautiful city Pokhara. Upon arriving in Pokhara, We will drop you back to your hotel. Tour end.

We had an amazing Poon Hill trek with Can Travels, guided by the wonderful Biru! He was knowledgeable, patient, and always made sure we were comfortable and safe. Unforgettable experience with my tour guide Vikram. He listened to what I wanted to get from the experience and delivered fantastically. Taking some old routes off the beaten track added spice to an overall wonderful journey. Thank you again. The mountains are just something else, surreal and awe inspiring.

Amazing view of mountain with beautiful landscape. Mt. Dhaulagiri mountain was amazing with sunrise view. Beautiful landscape enroute to poon hill was stunning. CAN Travel managed all the trip with professional guide and equiment.

Poon hill is best trek because we enjoyed a lot. Guide Amrit is probably one of the best trekking guide. He explained about mountain,culture and Nepal. Along the way saw lots of things. Highly recommended to all.

We recently completed the Poon Hill Trek. and Sham from Can Travels made the entire arrangement. We enjoyed a lot during the trek. The itinerary was well-planned, and Sham ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The teahouses were comfortable and good and the trek itself offered stunning sunrise views over the Annapurna range range with sunglasses view. I would highly recommend to all.

Breathtaking sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges from the poon hill Well-marked trails, charming villages, and rhododendron forests make it a must-do for nature lovers. I did a 4 day 3 night trek solo with Bikram he was such a good guide. Very experienced had a lovely caring nature. He made the whole trek so much easier and a pleasant experience he couldn't have been more helpful. If your travelling solo i would highly recommended him.
