We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is seldom my wife would say nice things to the room particularly the bed. The hotel is very accessible to the train and tram, staff were amazing specially Albert in breakfast and Noemi in the bar.. They were excellent at their jobs. Will really recommend the hotel.
My experience is very great. I usually come here to have fun with my friends and family.

Great guide- but the weather determines the outcome of a Northern lights tour.

We unfortunately did not see the Northern Lights as the weather was overcast and cloudy over a vast region the night we booked this private tour. The highlight was our guide who is an Astrophysicist and who studies the Northern Lights so we learned a ton about how the lights actually come to be. He drove us to a multitude of places including the Finnish border in hope of finding clear sky somewhere and did have apps that showed there was aurora activity but we were unable to see it. One cannot control the weather. Loved the guide and would try this again on a future trip.
