Amazing safari with Lion King and our guide Enoch did a super job of tailoring every day to ensure we had the best experiences, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was very well organised and the safaris were amazing. We saw 35 different animals and over 100 different birds. Too many highlights to mention them all but the elephant drinking out of our swimming pool was unforgettable!

From the onset, we were impressed with the booking process. Jovitha provided us with all the necessary information for us to choose the safari that suited us (7 day mid luxury). She was very honest about the pros/cons of the various safaris. Once we made the booking, Florida became our point of contact to confirm what to expect upon arrival. She would respond promptly to any questions we had. We were met at the airport at 2:35 am and were transferred to our hotel. On the first morning, we met our guide Jackson. Jackson was personable and a very capable guide. He was very responsive to our questions and would do his best to satisfy any requests we made. He is also a very safe driver. In summary, he made our safari that much more enjoyable. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend Lion King Adventures to anyone interested in a Tanzanian safari.

We went the best time with Haruni! We were a group of 2, on a 6 day private tour. Went to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Ndutu. He was super knowledgeable and made the whole tour so fun and engaging!! Especially during long drives, he shared interesting facts and stories about the animals, culture and the landscape. Always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best views and photo opportunities with every animal we had on our list. And it was a very long list! The food and staff at every lodge and campsite was so friendly and we were so impressed with the food. Cannot recommend Haruni as a guide enough!

We had an incredible safari experience with Lion Kind Adventures! The accommodations were comfortable, and the food was delicious. Everything was well organized and made each day enjoyable. The real highlight of our trip was our amazing guide Yusuf. He truly went above and beyond to make our safari special. Our group loved to stop frequently and spend extra time observing wildlife, and Yusuf was endlessly patient. He never rushed us and was always happy to stay as long as we wanted. Even though our days often ran longer than planned, he made us feel completely at ease and genuinely seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge. Yusuf was also incredibly attentive and curious. Whenever we had questions, he answered them thoughtfully and sometimes even followed up later with additional information he had read. His enthusiasm, kindness, and respect for the wildlife made the experience unforgettable. We highly recommend Lion Kind Adventures, and especially Yusuf, for anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience.

One of the best experiences you can have in your life. We went on an off peak season so the number of safari jeeps were limited and just the right amount to enjoy the experience even more. Jackson from Lion King Adventures was really knowledgeable about all the animals from their names, origins to how to trek them to spot them. Thankfully, we managed to find the big 5 in this trip! A super good guide and would highly recommend the company for anyone planning safari.

Geofrey is an amazing guide! He knows so much about animals and plants, and he always going above and beyond to explain the nature and wildlife of Tanzania. I learned about many different animals, their habits, and their lives. Because he understands animals so well, we saw far more animals than I could have ever expected. Geofrey is an exceptional professional. He was always punctual for every activity, and the itinerary was thoughtfully designed. His vehicle was clean and well prepared each day, making the entire journey seamless, comfortable, and safe. Even on the long and demanding drive from Ngorongoro Crater to Tarangire National Park, he remained fully attentive and passionate, and still delivered extraordinary wildlife sightings and stunning landscapes. His dedication, reliability, and high standards truly set him apart. We would not hesitate to recommend Geofrey and the Lion King company to our friends.

Our private tour guide Geofrey made this safari truly special. Every day was full of new animals and stories. We thought we were lucky to see far more beyond “the Big Five,” but we also know this would not have been possible without Geofrey’s experience. Beyond wildlife, he shared so much about Tanzanian culture and daily life, which gave our journey real depth. He is kind, friendly, and made us feel relaxed, safe, and very lucky. Having experienced extraordinary destinations such as the Amazon rainforest and Yellowstone National Park, we can truly say this Tanzania safari exceeded all our expectations.
