What To Expect
During the experience in our facilities, our participants will be received in a space of relaxation and comfort. The environment will be impregnated with a sweet aroma, designed to create a cozy and serene atmosphere. The session will begin with a guided meditation, where an expert instructor will accompany you on an internal journey to connect with yourself. Along with breathing exercises, this guide will allow you to release tension and be fully present in the moment. Once you have reached a state of relaxation and internal connection, you can take a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. This is where the real sound journey begins. Our talented facilitator will play various instruments live, providing a unique and enriching sound experience. As the instruments sound, the participants will be able to feel the different vibrations that each one of them produces. Quartz and Tibetan singing bowls will fill the space with harmonious vibrations, metal drums will immerse them in deep, resonant tones, and the sweet melody of the flute and drums will add an extra dimension of serenity and harmony.

The combination of guided meditation, sound, and mindfulness felt like a spiritual journey that helped me connect with my inner self. The instructor took time to ask about my intentions and personalized the session to match my needs, which made the experience feel even more meaningful. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and lighter…as if a weight I didn’t realize I was carrying had been lifted. This was an experience I didn’t know I needed, but now wish I had access to back home. It’s definitely something that I will book again upon my return to Mexico City. Highly recommended for anyone seeking true relaxation, inner peace, and a unique journey of self-discovery.

5.00It was a relaxing experience in every sense of the word. The place has a super calm vibe and Constanza is the best meditation guide. No formalities, just good vibes and tranquility. The place gives a special touch to everything. Constanza makes you feel at home, even if you are a total newbie to meditation, as was my case. Oh, and it was a sound meditation! The combination of relaxing sounds made everything even more magical. In addition to meditation, Constanza gave some practical tips that are gold to bring that peace to everyday life. Super useful. In short, if you need to disconnect for a while, Vitali with Constanza is the move. Highly recommended for a good dose of calm, good vibes and relaxing sounds!

5.00It was my first experience with meditation and I enjoyed it enormously. Constanza, who guided the session, did so exceptionally, creating an atmosphere of comfort at all times. The sound of the bowls added a special dimension to the practice. Furthermore, the participants were very respectful and contributed to creating a welcoming atmosphere. This experience was a wonderful gift to close the year.
