5.00We had a fantastic experience with the airport transfer from Mauritius Airport to Grand Baie. The driver was right on time, very friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. He was extremely helpful with my luggage and offered useful tips about the area along the way. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, and we really appreciated how safely and professionally he drove throughout the journey. It was a relaxing start to my trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommended!

1.00Not impressed. Had trouble finding driver who then drove at excessive speeds almost in the boot of the car in front. Take a phone (not hands free) whilst driving at speed and negotiating a roundabout. Cancelled the return trip for a safer option.

5.00Pickup was actually _early_. The ride to the airport was relatively quick and the driver, while not exactly chatty, was polite and held some conversation. Assistance was given with loading and unloading my luggage.

1.00Driver did not identify himself, was impatient. Did not offer to help with luggage, just kept walking straight ahead. Did not take the scenic route, even though only 7 minutes longer. We asked for rest break along the way, but he was in too much of a hurry.

2.00Driver was not waiting at door 5 as advised. Lucky I had phone data so could call company via Whatsapp. However, driver valled me and said meet him in car park and he wouldn't meet me in terminal. If I had no phone I would have been completely stuck.
