5.00The driver was right where he was supposed to be found us immediately his car was parked very close by we’re talking like less than 15 second walk. He packed the suitcases and removed them for us and was very friendly. It was one of the best transfers we’ve ever had frankly. And I’ve had them in a lot of cities.

5.00We were three travlers with 8 bags between us. Our driver was waiting for us as we exited the baggage claim area. He helped us with our luggage and pointed out some highlights of Bergen as we traveled to our hotel. We were very glad that we arranged for this hassle free shuttle service because we were exhausted after traveling almost 20 hours to get to Bergen.

2.00Driver had no sign, was not helpful with loading and unloading bags and seemed in a big rush. Would not recommend Viator service. Entered all relevant info in there app and then proceeded to have numerous emails from the car service to provide the same data. Look elsewhere.
