What To Expect
Our professional driver will pick you up at the airport during your arrival day. With the provided contact no. we will let you know in-advance the pick-up meeting point where our driver will wait for you. Fret not, that our service is not a sharing ride but it is a private transfer. You will have your ride conveniently with your own group. Journey to Seoul city area might takes around 1-2 hours depending on traffic situation. When making your reservation you need to let us know your flight information and your accommodation or destination address. Due to our tight schedule you are advised to make a reservation at least 48 hours before arrival day. And we will either confirm your booking within 24 hours and will let you know your driver’s information at least 24 hours before pick-up day.

5.00We are a party of three and had private transfer from Gimpo to Seoul City. The next day we had another transfer from our hotel in Seoul to Incheon international airport. On both occasions we were informed by K-Van Korea of our driver details and flight confirmation. Both the drivers were very professional and communicated with us on pick up time, vehicle registration and pick up spot. We are very happy with K-Van Korea services and will recommend to our friends and will definitely use them again in the future.

2.00The driver, was not waiting for us when my family and I had arrived at Gimpo airport. I actually had attempted to call him twice, he kept hanging up on me. As we waited outside the airport when we were finally able to locate our driver looking for us with a sign board. The driver led my family and I with all our luggage through the outdoor arrivals pick up area and through the parking lot to his van. It was very shocking that he was not picking us up at the curb. This was definitely not the first private transportation experience we’ve had. The driver seemed very annoyed and did not speak with us just loaded us up and off we went. During our trip this driver, was speaking to himself or on a hands free phone call. He made several hand gestures and comments which my mom a native to South Korea responded to. Apparently he was shocked when she spoke to him in Korean! His comments were in fact very rude at which time my mother intervened. He didn’t say much after that. He arrived at our destination and headed to unloaded our luggage. While exiting the van my son attempted to moved the van seat forward so that the rear passengers could get out easier, however was yelled at by the driver not to move the seats!!!!!! Oh yes, this guy should not be driving any one! Also while u loading the luggage the driver allowed a piece of luggage to roll away on the inclined street we were on. I was able to run and catch it before it became a safety hazard to other people and vehicles. I could not even speak with driver because I was mad! The entire situation was negative. I believe I reserved this van through K Vans or K tours, it was something like that honestly I don’t remember because it took me to this site to leave my review. Seems like most of the private transportation ends up on the Viator web site. Any way we had a great trip in South Korea.

5.00My family used KVAN Korea for our transportation needs from Incheon, to Seoul Station, to Gimpo, from Gimpo, and finally back to Incheon. They are very reliable. Always on time if not early. Communication is great. We are always notified of who our driver will be with their contact information. All reservations are confirmed a day before. All the driver's are very professional and courteous. Mr. Lee Jae Kyu took us to and from Gimpo for our trip to Jeju. He was prompt, communicated with use to let us know he was on his way and nearby. Got us where we needed to on time. My family and I highly recommend KVan Korea for your transportation needs.

1.00Emailed my arrival time and got no response on where to meet. Once we arrived at the airport no one was there to greet us. Had to call viator before I got a response. Still had to wait another 30 min. I was told the driver was a woman and was at the meeting place. Turns out it was a man. Awful customer service.
