Pre-Arrival Coordination For airport pick-ups, your driver monitors your flight status in real time. If your flight is early or delayed, the driver will adjust accordingly so you don’t have to wait. 4. Arrival and Meeting the Driver After the booking is confirmed, your assigned driver will contact you through the phone number provided (WhatsApp/SMS/Call) before your arrival. Once you land, follow the airport signs to the Arrivals area. The driver will meet you exactly at the gate/exit point you inform them to meet, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. Assistance with Luggage Your driver will assist with loading your luggage safely into the vehicle.
