So I booked this airport transfer server well in advance before my flight to Osaka. Instructions said the driver would be waiting at arrivals with name card to take me to hotel. I landed , got to arrivals and there was one there to collect me, i tried contacted support, only to find the support number was chinese (not japanese) and no one was picking up, Then contacted Viator support who were absolutely useless! Spent 40 minutes looking for this guy and no one was there, i then had to spend another 30 minutes trying to get a taxi - which cost me 20k yeah ($125) Still no support or refund, so basically i got scammed on this service, got forced to pay extortinate taxi far as replacement, and missed by booked dinner by 2 hours due to this disastor. Will NEVER again use this services or this site as you get zero support you have been warned!

Our driver was communicative (even prior to the trip), prompt, welcoming, professional and nice. She was helpful, a good driver and a safe navigator. The vehicle was spacious, well maintained, and clean. I highly recommend for airport to hotel transfer.

Our driver was on time the car was comfortable, in fact, it was fabulous. I loved the reclining seats. It felt to relax in the way to the airport. The driver was great.
