5.00I will start by saying I only give 5 stars because I cannot give 10. What a great experience! Shervane picked us up at the airport and was courteous and warm, and gave a great tour as he drove us to the resort. The drive is easily 90 minutes and Shervane was pointing out the culture, the landmarks, things to look for. The roads are narrow and curvy, and people in St Lucia drive crazy. Shervine was aware of the propensity for one to get nauseous on the roads and took it easy to meet my wife's needs (not to get sick). I cannot imagine taking the resort shuttle on these roads in this traffic, and truly this private transfer kicked off our amazing trip with a bang! The return trip was just as good, with Yanith driving us. Once again, he drove with an approach to please my wife and had great conversation heading out. We were concerned about the scheduled pickup time to give us enough time at the airport - called Randy the day before and rescheduled for an earlier time and they were very accommodating, no issues with arriving earlier. To ANYONE going to St Lucia, please use this company. Once at the resort, we spoke to or overheard others talking about the resort transfer - private is definitely the way to go. The van/bus was uncomfortable for that length of time on those roads, and the car trip with Randy was perfect! Yes, the resort shuttle is free, but booking these transfers with Randy was the BEST spend we made on the trip! Worth every penny.

5.00We had the pleasure of Randy picking us up at Hewanorra for our private transfer to Sandals Halcyon. We also purchased the fast track to get through customers, and were met as we got off the plane and guided through customs, baggage right to our waiting private transfer. It was amazing! Randy provided an informative and relaxing ride to Sandals Halcyon. We enjoyed the transfer that we arranged for a private transfer back to the airport. Elton was on time at the resort and equally provided an informative and relaxing transfer back. Will definite;y recommend Island Tours and will use them upon our return to St Lucia.

5.00We also had them do a private tour of the island. The drivers both times were super nice, accommodating and educational about the area. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with them. Randy was also very fast at responding when we emailed the company or had questions. We will use them again when we visit next!!!

5.00Our trip to the hotel and airport was a long one, considering it was all the way on the other side of the island! But the car was air conditioned, smooth, and we had cold bottles of water waiting for us in the car. The roads are super windy and up and down so if you tend to get sick take a Dramamine or something beforehand. But our driver was polite, accommodating and gave us some suggestions on what to do around the island. Overall great service!

5.00We were greeted by Wilton as soon as we stepped out of the airport! The car was cool with cold waters for everyone. We stopped at a view view points to take photos on the way to the resort, and Wilton talked about the island and answered our questions along the way. It was easy to book, Randy responded to emails super quickly, and we were always on time, even early! Great value for the price and we will definitely use again when we travel to St Lucia.

5.00Our group of 12 just got back from St Lucia. We booked airport transfers and transport from/to dinner through Randy before we arrived. Randy gave a competitive price and answered all of my questions graciously. When we arrived, Hyginus, one of their drivers, was waiting with a sign with my name on it. He was very friendly and drove safely. When driving us to dinner, he was always on time and even picked us up right in front of our unit at The Landings. We texted him when we were done eating and he came quickly. I totally recommend St Lucia Travel and Tours. Their service is phenomenal and they are easy to work with.

No payment required on booking, just paid the driver who was waiting at the airport with a big smile. I will not hesitate to use again.
