Our driver will pick you up at your hotel/accommodation. Please mention the full address when entering your information before checkout for payment. With the provided contact no. we will let you know in-advance the pick-up meeting point where our driver will wait for you. Journey to Incheon Airport might takes around 1-2 hours depending on traffic situation. For Incheon Airport, it is advised to arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure time.

5.00The driver was very professional -- he knew how to drive: not overly timid, but not overly aggressive, either. (I had used a previous driver with a different company who was very timid and nervous, and got me car sick -- no such problems with this driver.) I upgraded to a Genesis vehicle, which is sort of like a Mercedes S-Class. You can contact the company after booking to arrange that. The driver spoke sufficient English. You are not going to have long conversations with him, but he knew the basics as for as transportation was concerned. Communication was excellent. He WhatsApp'ed me the day before, and also the day of, explaining that he had to park a block away because the hotel was congested, and to let him know when I was ready to leave the hotel (I had a transfer from the Park Hyatt to ICN) and he would come to the hotel. This worked perfectly. I texted him, and within minutes he was pulling into the hotel. The best review I could give is whether I would use this company again, and I would say wholeheartedly yes. One last thing. Koreans appear to like to keep their cars very warm. I like it cold. The driver was very amenable with me asking to reduce the temperature down to 20 degrees C and to keep the fan on auto. He also showed me how the massage seats worked, which was a bit too much for me. :)
