5.00Great team! Due to an error on our part, we missed some directions at the airport, but Cat was very helpful communicating with us, met us where we were, and led us to the vehicle. The van was opulent, the ride was great, and Mr. Boss was a safe and courteous driver.

5.00The airport transfer was smooth and seamless. A superb experience. I was contacted the day before with clear instructions and pictures on where to go after I landed. Upon landing, I headed straight for the booth and was handed a bottle of water, and only had to wait a few minutes while the driver parked his car right outside. The drive was smooth and I even fell asleep. I would happily recommend BUA and use it again. Thank you!

5.00Solid 5/5. Communicated with me before my flight to confirm pickup. Gave clear directions where to meet along with pictures to find their exact location. Driver was professional and vehicle was nice and clean. Good AC going on for me which is necessary in Thailand. Would definitely use again for my next airport to hotel transfer.
