The Palm Taxi service offers you its service on a 24/7 hours basis.The Service consists of an airport transfer to any location throughout the island or vice versa. The trip will last around 1hr depending on where you will be staying on the island. Transfer will be done by car or minibus depending on the number of travellers.

What To Expect
The Palm Taxi offers you a reliable service on a 24/7 hours basis at very affordable rates for its airport transfers to any destination throughout the island. At the airport you will find one of our drivers who will welcome you with a clearly visible signboard bearing your name. Our drivers converse in English and French, and they will assist you with any other bookings or queries you might have. Booking & Payment Policy; • Booking to be made 24 Hours prior to the time of arrival. • Information about your flight details and full name is compulsory. • Air conditioned vehicles. on request for free of charge . • Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of your trip. • For your departure,details such as full name,number of person(s),hotel or apartment name and room number will have to be provided. • It is to be noted that we should leave your residence a minimum of 4hours before your departure time • A contact number(whatsapp/imo/viber) also has to be provided. • *baby seat/baby booster will be provided on request.

Terrible experience

1.00Terrible. We were taken to the wrong helicopter place which was 2 hours away from the correct one and ended up missing our flight tour. This was not our fault but we were considered a no show so I will now have to deal with this company to get a refund. They sent two transports to pick us up. One at 10:30 which was our arranged pick up time and the driver had my name so we went with him but I received a message from the tour company saying we had taken the wrong transport. How could I have taken the wrong transport when the driver had my name? The other driver was apparently there at 11:30. I was told I had double booked. Again, I did not arrange the transportation, they did. How was this my fault.? We spent hours driving around from hotel to wrong helicopter place, then the 2 hours to go to the right one which we were told the helicopter would wait for us but it didn’t. Fortunately, the helicopter place was very kind and was able to offer us a flight an hour and a half later but I had to pay for it. While we were waiting I was informed that the tour company were sending us another car to take us to the different hotel I had requested at time of booking. Our current driver said he would wait for us and take us to our hotel which I informed them of. The response was “ok”. An hour later we were informed that this other driver was there to pick us up. WTH. ??? They said I had to pay him 35 euros which I did just to send him away. It was a terrible day spending most of it driving all over. How do you send people to the wrong helicopter place? I do not recommend this company as I will now most likely have to fight to get my money back.

5.00We were on holiday in Mauritius for 2 weeks and contacted this taxi company before our arrival from home via mail and then via whatsapp. Since in Mauritius we drive on the left, it was better for us to be chauffeured safely and prefer not to drive ourselves. Due to the fair and reasonable prices we have booked all transfers and also 2 day trips. It all worked wonderfully. Ridwaan, our driver is a very attentive, careful driver and we have always felt very comfortable with him. He showed us many beautiful places on the island on the two days that we would not have found ourselves. It is clear to us that we will definitely book The Palm Taxi Service again next time. We can highly recommend this taxi Service.

5.00We booked 3 transfers + 2 day tours in advance from home and contacted several taxi services. The Palm Taxi Service was the most responsive and also offered at a very fair price - so we booked there. We were able to coordinate all the details in advance via Whatsapp, so that everything worked perfectly on site! Arriving in Mauritius, we were met by Ridwaan with a name tag and a smile on our face at the airport and then taken to our first hotel in the northwest. After 6 days, a transfer to a hotel in the southwest followed - and from there we went back to the airport. During our stay we took Ridwaan on two day trips where he drove us to beautiful places like Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, Rochester Falls, Gris Gris, Alexandra Falls, Grand Bassin, Chamarel Rum Distillery, Tea Plantation, Chamarel Falls, 7-colored Earth, etc., and told us a lot about country and people along the way. Ridwaan is a very nice young man who cares very much that his customers are also satisfied with his performance - and at an extremely fair price! Everything worked out fine and we were completely satisfied, so The Palm Taxi Service will be back for us on our next Mauritius holiday. be a choice and would recommend it without restriction! Thanks again Ridwaan for the great time!
