5.00Our day touring Normandy with Raphaelle was absolutely unforgettable! She was extremely pleasant, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing historical insights along with personal and unique stories that truly brought the sites to life. She went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything on our list, even staying past our scheduled time (due to traffic)so nothing was missed. We had 4 children in our group, and she was wonderful with them, speaking to them at their level, keeping them engaged, and making the experience exciting for all ages. Her passion for the region and dedication to her guests shone through in every moment. We could not have asked for a better guide and highly recommend her to anyone visiting Normandy. A truly 5-star experience!
