They sent the drivers name and pictures of the car, so I knew exactly who to look for upon walking out of the airport. 2.00After making the reservation, the company initially contacted me in a very formal manner asking for information about my flight and hotel. But then the driver, and not the company, called me directly on my cell phone asking me to send him a message when my flight was about to leave (the flight had been delayed a couple of hours). Upon landing in Cali, a woman called me saying she was replacing the original driver. Although I requested information directly from the company's customer service at that time, they did not respond to me. The woman did not wait for me at the exit, I had to look for her in the parking lot. She didn't even know how to open the trunk and I had to go with my suitcase in the back seat. And she had a dog with her, so I had to carpool with a dog. The company apologized and they will refund my money, that's the only reason I rate them 2 stars. But there is no way I can recommend them. Colombian friends told me that they themselves would not have gotten into the vehicle.

1.00Gran Colombia Tours who was our tour operator who was support to pick us up did not even know about us. Some unknown guy holding our name placard greeted us and said "Paul" sent him and we had to pay this guy. We did not know who this guy or Paul was and we were not going to pay for a service we already paid for. We arranged another way home. Also, the telephone numbers provided on the booking page to contact your company were either not in service or no one answered. I am writing your company now for a reimbursement of funds for a service that was not provided.
