What To Expect
Take your time and relax as all pickups include complimentary wait time 60 minutes at Brussels airport. For airport pickups, drivers use flight tracking to ensure they are there when you arrive. Waiting time start at landing. Your driver will wait for you with a tablet containing your name in the Arrivals Hall. Our cars are equipped with bottled water and free Wi-Fi. In case of a cancelled flight, your transfer will be automatically cancelled free of charge. If there is a problem finding the driver please contact the phone number shown on your voucher. If you need a child seat, let us know in advance. The Belgian law does not allow us to take some rings inside the car, think about it.

5.00Highly recommend this driver service. Sal was easy to deal with prior to the transfer while making these arrangements. Early for our pickup and very service oriented. Helped carry luggage to one hotel not accessible by car. On another transfer he helped carry luggage right into the airport and to the security area. Used Sal’s services for 3 different transfers and all were excellent. Highly recommend.

5.00Our driver was awesome. Our flight was delayed, he waited and met us when we arrived. He was where he said he would be so it made it really easy to find him in a new airport. He was very professional and pleasant. Took us directly to the hotel we stayed at in Bruges. By using this service, it took all the stress of navigating this part of our trip. We would highly recommend this company/group.
