Sit back and relax as you enjoy a transfer from Phuket International Airport (HKT) to Phuket, Krabi or Khaolak City Hotel (Please select your end destination during booking). You will be picked up by your driver/guide depending on your flight's arrival time. You will then enjoy scenery while traveling to your hotel, worry free. The transfer length is around 45-90 minutes depends on your direction, and is available year-round, 24 hours a day.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions..
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 or 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator. prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

FOR AIRPORT PICK UP: Upon arrival at Airport Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to Hotel=Notes: Max waiting time for arrival transfer is 90 Minutes from Flight Arrival Time.
Please look at the exit gate area and look out for our representative who will hold a A4 Size Placard with your Booking Guest Name Stated at Arrival Exit Gate 3 or 4 at International Arrival / Gate no 1 at Domestic Arrival.

We are SHA Plus certified. A certificate awarded to an organisation proving that they have approved Covid-19 health and preventative protocols in place and that 70% or more of all employees have been fully vaccinated.
What To Expect
Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point. Additional Note :It is best to look for your airport representative at the Exit Gate at paging area (Gate 03 & 04 for international arrival & gate no 1 for domestic arrival) Please remember to include the following information in the "leave a comment for the local supplier" section: • Airline • Flight Number • Arrival Time • Hotel Name • Hotel Address One suitcase and one carry-on bag allowed per passenger. This transfer is not wheelchair accessible. Depending upon availability, the vehicle provided for the service may not be exactly as depicted in the photo. 4.00I have used Viator before and have had all great experiences except this time was just ok. We made it to hotel but the airport transport wasn’t as smooth as could be. I texted when we landed. Went to gate 2 as instructed passing through gate 1. (Did not see a person with a sign with my name on it) Waited over 20 mins then texted if she was here and we were waiting at gate 2. Finally received message back showing a sign with my name so I went looking and person was at gate 1. Driver arrived and we were on our way. Transport vehicle smelled of smoke.

1.00Horrible. Driver was late and at the wrong terminal. When contacted, staff was rude and talked down to me. They also seem to only have mini buses, even for 1 person transport, be prepared to sit in an uncomfortable mini bus. Took 1.5hrs for a 1hr trip, plus waiting time, took me more than 2hrs to reach my destination.

5.00Easy transfer, signs are there and taxi is ready for you. I booked for pick up same day, the quickest booking I did was 2 hours before arriving at Phuket airport.

1.00Booked this transfer from the airport to my hotel to simplify my holiday, should have bothered as the driver didn’t turn up. The tour operator WhatsApped me the day before to ask me for the flight number and the hotel I needed transferring to. I supplied the information in good time. Upon arrival in Phuket I realised the arrival instructions were out of date, it said for international arrivals to meet at gate3/4. This part of the terminal is currently being renovated so doesn’t exist currently. So I walked out the main entrance (gate 1) where all of the other drivers where, there wasn’t anyone with a sign with my name. I then walked a full lap of the airport arrivals area 4 times, confirming the gates3/4 doesn’t currently exist and I also confirmed my driver wasn’t there. I then phoned the WhatsApp number lots of times but no one answered. I tried messaging through Viatour and still nothing. I gave up, paid one of the taxi companies at the entrance to take me to my hotel, and found it was actually cheaper to do it this way anyway. Hopefully I get a full refund and an apology, not a nice way to start my holiday.
