5.00Excellent! Our flight was delayed 90 minutes, the driver/service assume could track our flight information. Was waiting outside the terminal with our name on the sign. Plenty of room for the 10 of us and all our luggage. Would highly recommend.

5.00Vincent is highly professional, accommodating and very friendly. He greeted us at arrival with a name board. Vincent confirmed the transfer the previous day and stayed in touch after our arrival at Changi. He even advised us which carousel to obtain our bags from. He further assisted us in getting our luggage, which consisted of numerous pieces, to the vehicle. He has a big vehicle that can accommodate extra luggage. The vehicle is new and comfortable, with access from both sides. The service provider is highly recommended.

5.00Our driver was Vincent and he texted us our baggage claim carousel number and was waiting for us outside of the arrivals gate. He gave us very helpful advice about what to eat and what to see while in Singapore. He definitely made our trip even more memorable with all the valuable insider information he gave us.

5.00The driver (Vincent) established contact via WhatsApp the night before the trip. Flew into Singapore established cell phone connection and updated driver as we got through immigration and collected luggage. I asked for ATM and driver took us there before leaving airport. During drive to hotel, driver was engaging and I indicated we had to get to cruise ship in two days for a cruise then back to hotel one more night before going to airport to fly out. He advised on how to schedule all those rides…he also recommended things to see and where to eat. This was an excellent experience way beyond providing transportation!
