Self-guided bike tour and bike hire

5.00We hired bikes and did a self-guided tour, with 2 nights just out of Bled, 3 nights in Kranska Gora and 5 nights in the Dolomites. The bikes we hired were awesome - Specialised Venge gravel bikes - very safe, light and great for climbing! They were in great condition and Grega gave us everything else we needed - helmets, locks, pumps, tyre levers, spare tubes etc. The transfers were awesome and the accommodation was great!

5.00Grega at Hike & Bike helped me organise a self guided bike trip in Slovenia and organised accommodation and transfers for us between locations, as well as bike hire for some people in our group of 12. We all had an incredible experience and loved the cycle routes that he chose for us. The accommodation was perfect, and Grega's service was the best. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone else visiting the area

5.00Best experience ever. Grega planned a 4 day hiking hut to hut followed by a 4 day bike loop around the Julian Alps. We chose self guided with all our maps downloaded prior on an easy to use app. The huts included dinner and breakfast. The hotels were great including breakfast. All of our luggage was transferred to each hotel without an issue on our bike trip. We had plenty of time to enjoy the afternoon and explore or rest! I am so grateful for this experience thank to Grega! Thank you 🙏

The variety of landscapes we rode over from the Alps in snow, to the wineries, the small agricultural fields, the incredible Soca river and its turquoise water was so beautiful. Solid riding on some days (even with an e bike) and variable weather, but it was all so worth it. Definitely highly recommend this trip and Grega who was fabulous to deal with

4.00We have just finished the Pearls of Slovenia tour and we loved it. The landscapes are wonderful and the hotels were great. It is important to know that part of the trip is shared with cars, but it was not stressful for us. We would give 5 points if the communication with the company would have been easier and more clear. We are happy that we made the trip and we would repeat. :)

5.00We had two great days biking around the Bohinj Valley with Grega. He was an awesome guide and found us the great spots for strudel breaks! The bikes were also very nice- full suspension, Specialized that worked great! Awesome time, highly recommended!

5.00I had a really great 3.5 hour MTB ride with Grega. I'm a moderately serious MTB rider and he adapted the route to match my riding level, which was what I was really looking for. The bike was also great (Stumpjumper). We rode on a good mix of trails that I never would have found on my own. The views in Bohinj are just amazing! We took a short mid-ride break for coffee and strudel and also took a short hike to a waterfall. Definitely recommended!
