All vehicles are modern, clean, and air-conditioned, prepared and inspected before each journey.
Drivers in Sri Lanka normally work around 10–12 hours per day; please discuss your daily plans directly with your driver.
The driver will assist with luggage and ensure your trip runs safely and smoothly.
For airport pickups, your driver will meet you in the Arrivals Paging Area, holding a sign with your name. (Not applicable for one-way drop-offs.)
For hotel pickups, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message when the driver reaches the lobby.
Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp with driver and vehicle details.
Please share your WhatsApp number when booking for easy communication during your trip.
Each package includes a daily mileage allowance designed to comfortably cover your planned route. Extra kilometres can be added at a low per-kilometre rate if needed.
Entry tickets, meals, and personal expenses are not included in the vehicle rate.
Drivers follow all safety and traffic rules to ensure a relaxed and secure journey.
This experience is suitable for most travelers, though not advised for those with serious heart conditions.

5.00We had a 18 day trip with a veey good guide, Randi! He knew within a couple of days exactly what we wanted to see and do om our round trip. He provided us with a lot of information about the country and ots ways. We felt safe in hos car as he is a very careful driver. When something unplanned happened, he would inmediately arrange a solution for us, always helpful and kind. We are very satisfied and can recommend Randi for wonderful trips in Sri Lanka!

He carefully planned a great itinerary, taking into account the hotel location he booked and even the movements of the elephants. It really made our journey worthwhile and unforgettable. In particular, I was very helpful in setting the schedule with my 9-year-old child in mind. 3.00Overall ok good enough service, we went to provided destinations and driver was patient with any minor changes in pick up times and additional stops. We communicated over WhatsApp ok. Driver offered assistance when needed to go to hospital following a minor injury which was good too. Driver was kind and seemed responsible for us. Driver was not too knowledgeable of the locations we provided in advance and his navigation skills need improvement. No water bottles were provided as described in paid package on a daily basis. Driver was insisting some times to go to his preferred touristic stops in an effort to provide cheaper options to us which we didn’t like. However overall we would recommend this service given for 7 days we had a car service anytime we wished for and driver assisted us with luggage and brought us back safe and sound to our final destination.

5.00On the first and second days of my trip to Sri Lanka, I had an accident that I couldn't get a hotel, but thanks to the help of my driver and guide Gayan , I was able to spend my time without getting lost in the outcroppings. The weather advice was accurate and we were able to visit all the places we wanted to go despite the rainy season. His words 'No Problem' made me very relieved. However, it is not just optimism, but a professional guide who makes sound decisions based on safety first, such as suggesting that you leave early because there is fog today depending on the situation. He didn't drive too hard, and his friendly and kind personality was also attractive. I don't think this amazing trip would have been possible without Gayan's support. I highly recommend it to those who want to enjoy travelling with peace of mind. I am truly grateful.
