If these details were not entered during the booking process, we will kindly ask you to provide the following: Flight number Arrival date and time Number of passengers Amount of luggage Each reservation includes space for 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. If you're traveling with additional luggage, an extra fee may apply in order to assign a suitable vehicle. We also encourage you to inform us of any special requirements, such as: Wheelchair accessibility Passengers over 1.90 meters (6'3") who may need extra legroom Any specific needs related to comfort or safety On the day of arrival, we track your flight in real time. Whether it arrives early or is delayed, your driver will be waiting at the agreed meeting point. From there, the journey to your destination typically takes 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic and the location within the city. 5.00I cannot say enough good things about Buenos Aires Tour VIP! We have been to Argentina 3 times and have used Cesar each time. It greatly reduces worry knowing we have a trustworthy, reliable driver ready for us. We always transfer from one airport to the other, but often stop to eat a meal. Cesar was our driver for the first two trips, and José was our driver for this last trip, and both are absolutely fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are communicative, responsive, and always on time. I recommend this company when I know someone needs a reliable service in Buenos Aires!

5.00As is apparently often the case, I flew in to Buenos Aires international airport, but needed to transfer to the domestic airport. I found this service online, and they were very easy to book, offering very detailed communication and coordination, all in perfect English. A few days before my trip I decided I’d like to take advantage of a couple of extra hours I had between flights, Cesar arranged for me to keep the driver and he took me on a nice windshield tour of BA with a couple of nice stops for breakfast and shopping. He was really pleasant and helpful, again with good English, which made my short experience so comfortable. Definitely would recommend this service to anyone needing transportation in Buenos Aires.
