What To Expect
You will choose the pick-up location, such as a hotel in the center of the city, or any other place. In this service we have available from two, four, six, eight and ten hours, so you can choose the number of hours you need, for your business meetings or pleasure trips. This is a private service, which allows a maximum of 3 people. The car is in excellent condition, with air conditioning, water bottles, and also an excellent driver, who knows all the places of Panama City. After finishing the service you will be left at the hotel or any other place of your preference.

1.00I would never ever book with this company I was on the phone with them gave exact pick up location told them what I wanted to do exact drop off location exact times I was on a cruise. I turned my phone on the day I got to Panama they told me they could not pick me up in my designated area. I had to take a taxi for an hour and a half to be picked up When I called. The guy said oh for $100 we could pick you up. I said OK do that I went on the app to double check. They canceled my car. when I called They said oh because you didn’t reply to the email. I said I did reply to the email. Their reasoning was they could not pick me up where I requested. They had a week to tell me that not the day before I was to get there. I had to turn my phone on to make international calls and now I do not have a car in Panama.

5.00We hired a driver, Javier, to take us to the Gamboa Tree Trek zip line and the sloth sanctuary from downtown. He arrived on time and was very accommodating. I was considering renting a car myself and driving. So glad I did not.

5.00The terminal is really torn up for construction but our driver Alex kept in great contact with us, sent a picture of his car so we could spot him, and showed up right on time. I wish we would have asked him to pick us up earlier as our ride to the airport was very interesting and informative about Panama City. Alex was a great driver and tour guide on the way to the airport. Very nice man and we enjoyed our ride with him very much

5.00Our driver Rick was wonderful and he took us everywhere we needed to go. Only problem was out of his control… Panama traffic! Half of our 8 hour tour was sitting in traffic. Plan accordingly!

5.00Our driver, Juan, was wonderful. He knew the city well and was an excellent driver. He was very responsive to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for better, he went above and beyond! He was always timely and even seemed to sense when we had completed a visit and needed the car. We will definitely use again and highly recommend!

5.00I would highly recommend this service if you need a driver in Panama. The rates are unbeatable, the driver is punctual and very friendly. My driver was Javier and he arrived a good 5-10 minutes before the allocated pick up time and he knew the back roads very well and avoided me being stuck in traffic. Will definitely be using this company again when I visit Panama and will be recommending them to anyone else.

5.00I was in Panama to finalize my residency visa. I had to be at specific places at specific times on multiple days. Both drivers I had Juan and Alfredo were terrific! They were timely and courteous. They both spoke English well a lot better than my Spanish. Juan even helped me communicate when I needed to buy a local cell phone. Gracias Juan and Alfredo! You made getting to my appointments stress free! I highly recommend booking through Viator if this is their standard level of service...very impressed.
