We came as a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) on the Mt. Fuji day tour. We wanted something that would allow for everyone in the family to have fun and enjoy the day. Our local guide was Yuko. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing several facts during the tour. Our bus driver Toshi was also very friendly and made the ride very pleasant. I would recommend this tour as it allows for a more comfortable and relaxed experience for both adults and children.

We visited Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake during our recent trip to Japan. Yumiko was our guide, Toshi was the driver both of whom gave us excellent company by providing us great information and insights about Mt Fuji and the surrounding areas. We went to Arakura shrine, Chureito Pagoda, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji sengen shrine, Hana terrace and were on a boat ride on Kawaguchiko lake. All along, Yumiko gave us so much background information on what each of those shrines is known for, their history and significance sprinkled with some funny anecdotes. We had so many good family pictures too, at the right locations, thanks to Yumiko. Toshi took us to a couple of spots that were off the main path, and which provided great views of Mt. Fuji. Last but not least, Yumiko took us to a very authentic Japanese restaurant where we had Hoto noodles and Unagi. Oishi 🙂 We also were quite lucky that it was a clear sunny day. We could go up to 4th station from where we had excellent views of the alps and the Pacific. Arigatho Gozaimasu Mrs Yumiko and Toshi. See you next time when we are in Japan.

My family had an incredible experience today touring the areas around Mt Fuji with our guide Mazda!! We had two adults, two teens and a child. Mazda was so kind and attentive to our interests and needs throughout the day. His suggestions for the best activities (and which activities to avoid) were spot on. When adjustments needed to be made in our plans, he was very flexible and accommodating. He was genuinely excited to share with us the history and culture of Japan. He knows all the best photo spots and took so many great photos of our family. Mazda was even kind enough to help me book Shinkansen tickets for the next day. I was having trouble booking online so we stopped at a quiet station at end of the day so he could help me. We accomplished so much in one day - I can’t even believe it - chureito pagoda, lake kawaguchiko speedboat ride, Oishi Park, Healing Village, tree ocean (forest), wind and ice cave, world heritage center, lunch and ice cream!!! This really isn’t possible at all if you try to do it with public transportation or a group tour. I think a private tour is ideal for seeing the Mt Fugi / kawaguchiko area. We were also lucky to have a beautiful clear day with blue skies. We will treasures the photos and memories from today always.

What an amazing tip to Mt. Fuji with best ever Driver, Toshi and Local Guide, Tomomi! The day started off early with drive to Mt. Fuji and Toshi kept us happy and informed throughout the drive. We even got the best views of My.Fuji as we were driving into the Mt. Fuji area. Then we met the wonderful Tomomi, she is the best guide ever. She tailored our trip to include Fuji Q Land because my daughters simply love Anime and there is a special area for Naruto. We also did a volcano bat cave and visited the surrounding lakes. One of the highlights was also the Kimono Museum, it was breath taking. Thank you to Toshi for keeping my little one entertained on drive to and back from Mt.Fuji. Thank you to Tomomi, you made our day. I positively recommend this tour and Toshi with Tomomi as your driver and guide.

Tadashi-san was an exellent and our driver Watanabe-san was also excellent and they suggested slternative sites when the weather was not cooperating to see Mount Fuji. Tadashi -san was very informative about Japanese culture and the place he suggested for lunch was excellent as was the ice cream at the dairy farm.

Our private tour of Mount Fuji was unforgettable and truly special. Our guide Tomomi went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the day. Because of her local experience, we were able to avoid most traffic and crowds and truly experience Mount Fuji in such a wonderfully personal way. What made this tour stand out was the guide’s genuine kindness—to ensure our comfort, and make this experience very memorable. They took us to many beautiful viewpoints and mostly away from the crowds to hidden gems. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memory of a lifetime.

Amazingly informative and pleasant tour and day! We had the best day with our guide, Yuko, and driver, Tak. This was our first trip to Japan so we have been on many tours so far and Yuko was one of our favorite guides. She was very kind, accommodating and full of information and interesting things we never would have learned any other way! She and Tak took special care of our kids and made sure they were entertained and learned some Japanese language and facts about Mt. Fuji. Even though it was foggy, we still had a great day and did some other unique activities like picking grapes and tasting wine. We all had a wonderful time and are so lucky we were paired with such an awesome guide and driver.

Our private car tour to Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko with Masae (guide) and Toshi (driver) was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, Masae’s communication stood out—she carefully tailored the itinerary around our interests and even factored in the unique timing of the Fire Festival on the day of our visit. Her message to us set the tone for the entire day: thoughtful, flexible, and focused on making sure we experienced the very best. On the day itself, Masae’s guidance and Toshi’s expert driving made the trip seamless and stress-free. Masae’s knowledge of the region, combined with her warm and accommodating approach, allowed us to enjoy each site without feeling rushed. She adjusted plans as needed based on the weather and traffic, ensuring that we could make the most of every moment. Toshi was a wonderful driver—safe, reliable, and always ready to get us comfortably from one highlight to the next. Together, they made a fantastic team, and we felt completely taken care of throughout the journey. If you’re looking for a memorable and personalised experience to Mt. Fuji, we highly recommend booking with Masae and Toshi. Their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care turned a great trip into an unforgettable one.
