5.00Wonderful driver Frank - comfortable van everything on time. He took us to the town of Kutna Hora on the way for a few hours - lovely small town with a few interesting sites then a fairly long drive to our hotel in Budapest Perfect and highly recommended

5.00This is hands down the best way to travel. Our Travel Guide/Driver Dominick was amazing. This young man was so knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable, hydrated and his first priority. His knowledge of history, culture, and food was top tier. I didn’t need to think about anything because Dominick had it all under control. It was time for me to let go and be on vacation. The lunch spot we were taking to has amazing. I felt like a kid, we even stopped for ice cream

5.00Tomas was a great driver. Stopped in Brno and Bratislava on the way to Budapest from Prague. He dropped us off at the city center of both places, as well as took us up to the Bratislava castle area. Very professional and a good transfer all around.
Surcharges are a Problem

3.00This will be a very mixed review. Booking was easy. We asked that the sightseeing be a particular place. The person wrote back that that would be a 50 Euro surcharge, so we settled on a different place. He called the night before our transport to say there had been a problem. We needed to choose a non-English speaking guide or pay a surcharge for one who spoke English. When you book this, you are assured you will have an English speaking guide. It’s part of the reservation. There should have been no discussion of surcharges. Our non-English speaking driver showed up on time, had gone to the trouble of downloading a translation app and he was wonderful. We skipped the sightseeing all together because we were afraid of not finding him when we continued after the stop. The service was delivered but not in the way it was advertised and it was quite expensive.

5.00Actually we did the reverse trip, Budapest to Prague, which doesnt appear on the drop down menu. Our driver, Milan, was lovely and very informative even though he has only been in this job for a short while. We stopped at Lednice State Chateau and in Brno for lunch, both his recommendations. His car was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for all our bags (we had 4 as we were on a 2 week river cruise before going to Prague). It was a good experience, better than train or plane as it was door to door. Milan provided plenty of water and when we got stuck in traffic before lunch he had snack bars too! His English was very good and I believe he speaks at least 2 other languages too.
